North Shore Faucets is awesome. Always has the parts that are hard to find and super helpful. I was in recently and Aaron helped me with an issue I had which resulted in no charge. I will go back every time.

I ordered a rather difficult to find faucet hose, and it was mispackaged - the hose was not the actual part needed. I called and they were very apologetic, friendly, and because they did not have another one in stock, they offered to order one or refund the purchase price. While I did lose some time and convenience because it was mispackaged, it seems all too often that some companies do not support their sale, are hard to reach, or are difficult to work with. Therefore, despite sending an incorrect part, I am giving them 5 stars for their service to fully support their sale and correct the error in a friendly and polite way, because this is very much necessary and is too frequently lacking from some vendors.

To give you an idea of how good this place is I was referred to them by a Menards in Gurnee. I needed a very specific pipe conversion piece for a shower head in an older home in Chicago. The gentleman who helped me (I think the owner) searched for almost 20 mins for this part which cost a little over 3 dollars. His extra effort and time saved me a ton. I would return here in a heartbeat. You don't find places like this everywhere. A true gem. A great place!

After searching Canada and the US for a discontinued shower spray head, I came across North Shore Faucets. They had two IN STOCK unlike most websites that only carry vapor inventories. Fantastic service, excellent price and fast delivery. What more can I ask for? Thank you!

Yesterday the hot water faucet in our shower broke, with hot water running to the drain and no way to turn it off. I tried to hire a plumber for emergency service... he said sure, for $395/hr time and materials, including travel time to go to a plumbing supply and back. I was looking at $1500 to fix the faucet (sticker shock!) I couldn't justify it. I shut of the water heater and valve.This morning I took the cartridge out of the faucet (not difficult) and took it to Aaron. He had the part I needed and explained to me what to do to install it. (this was an 80 year old faucet!)Unfortunately the modern part did not quite fit in the old manifold in my wall. I could not figure out how to get it to work, and every time I installed it, the water would run thru the valve when fully closed. I went back to NSF, and talked to Natalia.. she suggested I try replacing a segment of the cartridge with a little bit larger piece. (Aaron was gone to the dentist.)The longer piece looked the same but would not thread on to the manifold. So I brought all the pieces back to NSF and talked to Aaron again. We looked carefully at the parts, then he gave me the idea to use washers as spacers to make the shorter piece work. He gave me the washers I needed, and IT WORKED! Everything fit like it should. I installed the cartridge, snugged up the packing nut, put on the trim and handle, and it was done, and I can turn the water off again.So the valve cartridge was $48. I bought 2, plus some extra washers... All together I was out about $120. With Aaron's help (and some running around to overcome my lack of plumbing knowledge, I figure I saved $1300-$1400 !!)I can't say enough about Aaron's helpfulness and sharing of his plumbing knowledge. And his whole staff, Natalia and everyone, seemed to share his helpful attitude and thoughtful response to my questions. And they were very knowledgable about parts, and seemed to know right where to go in their inventory for what I needed.If you need plumbing parts, GO TO NORTH SHORE FAUCETS!Lou (from Skokie/Evanston)

This place rocks! I brought a picture of my faucet, the gentleman gave me exact instructions how to remove the head, which I brought to the store one hour later. The lady behind the counter took it apart, found the faulty part (it was a hidden aerator), replaced it, put the head back together, and they just charged me $5 for the part! You can't beat this quality of service!

NORTH SHORE FAUCETS IS GREAT!Needing to locate a swivel aerator for a kitchen faucet, I called this company where a highly efficient customer service representative, Aaron, answered my call, patiently worked with me until I could find the information necessary, and located the item I needed. Then he transferred me to the shipping department where another efficient representative took my information and shipped the item to me.I recommend NORTH SHORE FAUCETS. First, the company had what I needed in stock. (Other places I had contacted did not have it or didn’t want to take the time to locate the item.) Second, customer service was fantastic. Aaron was interested in helping me purchase what I needed, and he spent an extraordinary amount of time taking care of my request. I do not remember the name of the shipping representative, but he was as efficient and courteous as Aaron was. Finding such customer service nowadays is rare.Anyone who needs anything pertaining to faucets should call North Shore Faucets. This company apparently has a huge inventory available, and the customer service representatives are definitely dedicated to helping their customers.
