We had a great experience from the team. We got a great car at a great price. Raid was great to work with and Chelsea went above and beyond to get us in a good finance plan. Very thorough and explained it all well, putting us at ease with my daughters first car purchase.

I brought my 2019 Honda odyssey in with a bad rattle coming from the right rear. Turned out my shocks were shot. Thanks to the guys in the shop I'm rolling around in a safe vehicle again. 56K miles but driving like a brand new vehicle. Make sure to ask for Martyna (aka Tina) in the front office. She's awesome!!!

Disappointing experience at this Honda dealership service center. Brought my car in for a routine oil change, but they failed to properly secure the undercarriage metal plate. As a result, it fell off while driving and scraped the road severely. It's concerning that they couldn't perform this basic maintenance task correctly on their own brand. Given this potentially dangerous oversight, I'd recommend considering alternative service options for your Honda. Safety and quality should come first, especially from an official dealership.

Three hours were wasted without checking the car. I went to this location to check the humming noise from my Honda Odyssey. The noise seemed to get louder at 30-60 miles/hr range after the car was changed alternator 4 weeks ago at the same dealer. I found the same agent who was gentle and helped us before. I was asked to leave my phone number to be called after checking. I was told this is their new policy. It was early morning, and the shop was not too busy. I thought the check should be done in one or two hours, so I chose to wait. However, I waited in the waiting area for 3 hours and was told the car had not been checked yet when I finally lost my patience to ask. The agent was kind but the manager seems not. And I was told to leave and that they would call me when it was checked. I was frustrated not just because of the whole morning waiting but also because of the manager's attitude. I didn't want to waste more time (I had wasted the whole morning here), so I left without checking the car. So disappointed!!

Genuinely some of the worst staff I have ever experienced in my life. We wanted to test drive a used Passport. We called at 6pm and asked if we could test drive the car. Emily, the person who answered the phone, said that she can book an appointment at 7:00pm to do the test drive. We drive almost an hour to the dealership and they said that it is getting detailed. Now as a normal person, we were upset because we just wasted a whole evening to test drive and now you are telling us it isn't even there?!?! So the salesman brings down Emily and she immediately starts talking to us with an attitude basically explaining how none of it is her fault because she can see the status of the car only the salesmen. THEN WHY DID YOU TELL US WE COULD TEST IT AT 7. She then treated both me and my dad with disrespect, even though we tried explaining that we drove 50 minutes to get there. They then proceeded to do nothing for us besides argue so we showed ourselves out. There should be zero room for this disrespect and childish behavior. I am still shocked that SALESPEOPLE treat customers like that.

This review is for the service area. Pure chaos. As of this writing, Aug 2024, seems like they are under going construction. So I'm sure that doesn't help. I came here for a scheduled Honda recall. So many strikes: 1. Appointment reminder said to enter on Dempster Ave. wrong. You need to enter via Waukegan. I had to exit the parking lot my reversing all the way back as there were cars upon cars double parking and blocking the aisles 2. Getting in the service parking, more chaos. No room to even pull in as there were so many cars double parked. To make things even worse, there was a garbage truck in the way. I had to backup and snake through the side to even get in 3. At this point, it's been over 10-min of this chaos. I finally pulled in the service bay and went in. I was then informed that for my recall, they didn't have parts until September. So why did you let me schedule an appointment?? The app tells me to schedule one. Exiting the service area, there was people yelling at each other, loud blaring music, and just chaos. Hard to navigate through the area when suddenly you hear yelling. It makes you stop as you're not sure they are warning you that you might hit something. This place stinks. I will not go to this dealership again. Usually the only time I go to one is to buy a car and to do recalls. Other than that, there's a reason dealerships suck.

My car was miss diagnosed told me something was wrong with the engine to diagnose that was $175.00 and was asked for $500 to take engine apart to figure out the issue.... I only paid $175 to let me know there was a noise coming out of the engine. I left went to another dealer where I was told is not the engine, is your alternator glad I left Napleton. I returned to let them know the service manager was rude , I felts discriminated as a Hispanic female he wanted to confirm the alternator had been changed and only said we don't do refunds lady. He was unapologetic and insensitive . After being a loyal customer do to service manager actitud I won't ever return there !!!!

My wife's car died and needed a new battery so I had her take it to Napleton as this is where we get our Honda's serviced. They got her in and installed a new battery. I took a look when I got home and saw the new battery and posts that were covered in gunk/corrosion from battery discharge from the old battery. I called the dealership and asked why this wasn't cleaned off and was told that they do not do that. I was not satisfied with the response and asked that the manager call me back when he was available. No call was received from them. It probably would have taken a few minutes to clean those posts. It's the little things that make you feel taken care of and why i would take it to the dealership; piece of mind as these are Honda mechanics was my reason for going. Oh well. No more business from me. We bought our CRV there and serviced our vehicles there. I let you guys slide in the past with other small concerns but this is it. So long Napleton Honda.

This review is based on my buying experience with Kyle who was AMAZING. I knew the exact make and model of the car I wanted to buy, and after getting a bit of run around from another Honda dealer, I called Napleton. Kyle checked the inventory and had what I wanted in stock. We were in and out in under two hours which might be a new record speed for a car purchase. The experience was prompt, professional, and courteous and I hope the management team appreciates Kyle because he is exactly the kind of sales team member any car dealership should want. After reading other reviews I hope they will think about upping their game on the service end of things to match the sales staff!

Absolutely the worst Honda dealership. They are trying to charge me three times what other dealers are quoting me for repairs. Joke

This is a snake oil dealership run by a crew of scammy people. Just take a look at these greasy people and you'll know. They sold me a lemon used car, lied about the carfax report and the "manager" wouldn't do anything after the sale. Reported to BBB and FTC and pending lawsuits against the management and salesmen. Avoid at all costs!! Do not buy from these Sleazy people

There is a term in the car business called 'bait and switch'. You see a specific car on the lot, you call yes the car is there; you drive from the city to a suburb and guess what, the car just sold. I called the dealership in the morning made an appointment to drive a specific car (they had my number and could have called me) and the car 'just sold'. Avoid this dealership.
