“This company was amazing in every aspect. We made the reservation with Karen, and she was just so professional. There were a lot of specifics and multiple calls back and forth, and during each call she was extremely friendly and helpful. Our movers were Juan and Rudy, we can't say enough good things about these guys. They were professional, energetic, efficient, and very courteous. They were extremely careful and mindful in the transferring and placement of our items. They had a high regard for safety. When we would tell them they could just place an item in the middle of the floor, they would come back with an offer to place the item in actually the place it should go to. And by them taking this initiative, it ultimately made our lives so much easier after they left. We highly recommend them and will most definitely be using them again in the future. “These guys were really great about protecting our furniture. They wrapped everything well (look at those chairs - thoroughly wrapped!) and were careful moving stuff in and out. Everyone was also polite throughout. The guy sitting down deserves an extra shoutout because he was especially personable. The only negative was that our quoted price DOUBLED. We did a video walkthrough of our apartment for the quote, so I don't really understand how the person quoting it screwed up so bad, but they should reevaluate their quote metrics. We went from thinking we'd be paying $1500 to paying $3000, plus tip. (By the way, we got charged an extra "heavy item" fee for our dining room table at $35/pp [again, this table was shown to the person quoting us during the video walkthrough]. When we got the table, my husband and a friend moved it without issue, so I was very surprised to learn it took FOUR professional movers this time and cost us almost $150 for the privilege.) I would definitely use this company again because they did a good job overall, but I would expect to pay far more than the original quote.”

The movers were on time and even when my building has certain issues they work with me very well which was great. Given the furniture that I had for my one bedroom moving into a studio and then back into a another one bedroom. Come move day, Luis and Nathan were the ones doing my move and they were great! They arrived on time, were very helpful, and were super fast in getting my apartment moved out and moved into the next. I appreciate them a lot as I was pretty stressed out with moving in general but they both helped lessen that stress quite a bit.
