After doing my banking business over the years at various BOA locations I just want to take a moment to recognize a relationship banker who stands out above the rest, Rosabel Santillanes. From the first encounter with Rosabel at the Skokie branch location and currently at the Morton Grove branch location, her upbeat bubbling personality as a greeter, teller and banker won me over. Rosabel is a true professional in all banking capacities and has handled my banking concerns efficiently, expeditiously, and knowledgeably always with a smile. BOA should be proud in having a truly dedicated employee who makes for a most pleasurable banking experience and recognized as an outstanding BOA team member.

I tried getting cash out the of the outside drive-up ATM today, but the touch screen was not working. So, after several attempts, I went to the inside ATM, which worked. I then went into the bank to let them know that the outside ATM was malfunctioning but there were no tellers at the windows. So I waited in an empty line for over 5 mins and no one came over to assist me. No tellers ever appeared at any of the thee teller windows. So I walked by an employee who was talking to two customers, once she finished her conversation, she walked away without asking what I needed. Bank of America customer service has totally declined! They just don't care, they want you to do all your banking online. Online banking leads to a lot of fraud, my friend was hacked for $1740 thru her online bank account. I am slowly transferring all my bank accounts to PNC bank which still has drive-up teller windows. PNC took over my mortgage and I easily make the payments without ever getting out of my car.

Been banking here a long time. Back in the day this use to LaSalle Bank. We had our mortgage through LaSalle Bank. At some point they were sold to Bank of America. Bank of America then sold our mortgage to yet another company. We've had a series of terrible encounters & a total lack of service w/this bank until April Fools 2023. My wife had some fraudulent activities & after countless calls to BOA & being put on hold on 03/31/23 or downright disconnections after being on hold for up to 45 minutes on 2 separate occasions. This prompted us to go directly to the bank to talk to a banker. Jacob Powell was very helpful in assisting her & calling the fraud department. Evidently someone had convinced my wife that there was fraudulent activity on her credit card and was able to obtain quite a bit of personal information. We spent half a day going to 3 banks & freezing all 3 credit services/. (Equifax, Experian & Trans Union) hopefully this will prevent fraudulent activity on her accounts. Jacob was very helpful in assisting us w/our BOA accounts. We have our joint account there & she has a joint account for her and her mentally challenged brother. She is the POA for his health & finance. We had to freeze the accounts to prevent any fraudulent activity.

UGH, 0 stars this location sucks! Drive ATM constantly broken, only 2 tellers with lines of customers while "personal" bankers sit there. Management non-existent and does not know how to operate. Please take some notes from the Greenwood location!

worst bank of america in the state of IL! about 30 employees all staring doing absolutely nothing to accommodate to the line of customers out the door. when i was finally greeted by the employee John it got even worse - he was unwilling to help with a simple withdrawal - had to call a manager for help which took another 20 min - i couldn't believe it - the withdrawal wasn't an extravagant amount - this location needs corporate assistance and help asap - i didn't get the name of the manager but they aren't doing well here - i'm not from the area so i'll prob never return but if you are in the area save your time not coming here - shut it down or get corporate involved stat

Just avoid this branch the only thing I liked about Bank of America was their Marathon. Their service is very slow only two tellers when there is a boatload of people in line they have several bankers just standing around doing nothing Don't waste your time . And the worst part if your name on your check you're trying to cash happens to be the shorter version and it doesn't match your driver's license they won't cash it unbelievable I had to go to a different Bank of America to cash my check will never ever open account here

Terrible Bank of America branch. Terrible customer service. Employees just sitting around while the one lady, apparently the lowest ranked, worked. Don't go here if you are in a hurry. The teller apologized for the wait, as if to say, "I can't make anyone sitting around work. Sorry." Oh, and Joe says, "A stitch in time is worth two in the bush."

Worst drive-up ATM machine. You have to put your card in, then take it out, THEN put it back in AND...AND sometimes take I out again then put it back in. Then maybe it'll finally ask for your pin. Most recent visit to this machine I did all that and then it told me it was out of service. Phucking tell me you're out of service before I even put my card in, you big dummy. I don't know how the human tellers are because I haven't interacted with one since 1999. But I wish this robot machine were a human so I could have slapped the shit out of it

Parking is enough. The Cash-Station drive through has the video option to speak (with camera and sound) with a real human being at one of the BOA remote centers. Sometimes, you need this at a cash-station. There is also a cash station in the East lobby (I usually use this one).

Stopped to pay a small bill I didn't want to mail. I wasted 30 minutes of my life. Read the other reviews. They are accurate. Lots of Zombie employees and one teller. The manager welcomed the line of customer multiple times while I was waiting in line. I will never go back to this branch again. This branch could not exist in any other part of town.

This is the worst branch ever to deal with in person..they have absolutely no respect for people..the place is filled with zombie employees that have no consideration for your time..only their time is valuable..not the customer who keeps their money inside this crooked bank institution..they have time to take all my information on a devise called a tablet..which these people have no idea how to use..asking me to link up 5 separate times..with a license..God for bid If I have multiple accounts that they cant figure out..so what if I do...by the way I'm a preferred customer if that means anything..u would think it would cause they advertise so highly about it..after making me wait for about 35 min..all I see is chatter among themselves walking fast as if they were busy..I had to leave cause my break was over from work..so to all this being said I will be going to the Glenview branch from no on..only cause they are way more comfortable and convenient to deal with..that is all..dont waist your time with these people

Worst service ever even thought I am a preferred customer. The VP of the Morton Grove is rude, and was not able to help. Infact asked us to go to other bank of america. So much for customer service ! I would not recommend anyone to go to this place. Hate to even give them 1 star but cannot post without selecting something

I'd give them no stars if it was possible. I'm a small business customer that wanted to deposit $79 worth of $1 coins into my account along with cash and checks, and was told they couldn't accept the coins. The "manager", Jerome, informed me that its just the policy, but if I started a new account they could accept the coins. I don't know if they realize how absolutely ridiculous this is, or if it's some kind of joke, but I literally want to close my accounts and go to another bank because the lack of common sense shown here is really disappointing! Poor form Jerome, really poor!
