“Rating this business 5 Star for one important reason: in-store customer service was OUTSTANDING on Oct. 28, 2022... saleswoman gave my brother 'stellar' customer service, of course, we had gotten there shortly after opening. My brother can be quite rude at times b/c he's having back surgery and is nervous, this saleswoman, Nancy (I think that's her name) remained professional and her patience and tone of voice was so kind, she saw difficulty in my brother and she guided him on essential supplies needed...her calmness as she reassured him it'd be ok was refreshing to see as well as seeing her 'caring' of people stressed about surgery...nowadays, service like this is almost obsolete and RARE. “I was the panicked Mom of a 6 year old with her first black eye, on a hunt for a case of instant ice packs. None of the medical supply stores in my area carry them. I called Tetra, they are not a 'store' per-say, more like a distribution center, I called and truly, the woman I dealt with couldn't have been any nicer. I can't imagine they sell one case of their products very often, but did on this day to me without hesitation and in that moment I was really grateful. I don't know much about the medical supply business but from a customer service stand point they get 5 stars from me!
