I’ve been having my Acura serviced at McGrath Acura in Morton Grove for a couple years, & am extremely happy with the customer service & work of the entire service department. In particular, my service consultant **Awais Shabbir** Awais is extremely knowledgeable about Acura vehicles, providing a very thorough explanation of the service that needs to be performed. He is also very honest about when things need to be done, & the level of importance of the repair. Finally, Awais is very courteous & always goes the extra mile to be accommodating & provide outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Awais Shabbir as a service consultant, & McGrath Acura in Morton Grove for the service of your Acura.

I bought a used car in January of 2024 two days after owning the car the front bumper was coming off I took it back to the dealer and they said they would fix it.The main reason I went to a dealer because I didn’t go threw the round around but they it to me .Im pretty sure a lot of it has to do because I’m Mexican and I get it , when I picked up my car I was treated poorly and my car was just given to me with no explanation.I decided to paint the bumper because it was a used car and I wanted it to look new and to my surprise the front bumper was glued to the car. Don’t buy from here Ron the general manager is terrible this is a terrible dealer I have proof , look at what they did they glued my bumper to the car and when I talked to Ron he told me to bring it in I told him I fixed it could I get paid for it he said it wasn’t his problem. Good experience working with several Acura sales people via email negotiation. Took a little while when I was at the dealership to pickup my MDX, but Marco was great and made me feel comfortable and let me know Rashad (Finance manager, who was also great) had another customer before me. Signing docs was easy as it was electronic and he was great as I caused him some problems trying to keep my trade-in license plate which created more work for him and it was at the end of his work day. Love my new car, first Acura

Really enjoyed working with Elson and Joel looking for a used Acura. Both were very easy to work with and I never got the sense I was being pushed into a bad deal. I would highly recommend. I’ve also had 3 Acuras serviced at this dealership and they have never let me down. Sold the oldest to a friend who said it’s now at 200k+ miles and still running.

Horrible Experience - Buyers Beware
I recently purchased a new Range Rover from McGrath Acura of Morton Grove on August 19th, 2024, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. After driving the vehicle for just two days, it started misfiring. I immediately brought it back to McGrath, and they claimed the vehicle needed new spark plugs, which they supposedly replaced, along with the coils. Upon picking up the vehicle, it immediately started shaking and misfiring again. I called them, and they asked me to bring it back.
While attempting to drive it back, the vehicle broke down on the side of the road. I had to pay for the tow out of my own pocket to a Land Rover dealer, where I was told that the spark plugs and coils McGrath claimed to have replaced were never actually changed. Land Rover changed them, and I received a bill for $2,689. Despite this, the Range Rover still misfired after paying the hefty bill.
Trying to get it back to McGrath, the vehicle started emitting white smoke from the exhaust and completely broke down, becoming undrivable. I called McGrath again, and they offered no help, no reimbursement, and no assistance whatsoever. I have driven this vehicle only three times, and it’s been nothing but issues.
I’ve now retained a lawyer because this seems to be a clear case of fraud. They sold me a vehicle knowing it was not drivable, and currently, McGrath has the vehicle, but I’ve heard nothing from them. This has been the worst car-buying experience of my life.
Please, under no circumstances, use any McGrath dealership. Buyers, beware.

Made a service appointment for an oil change and recall which would take a few days so I needed a loner. I’ve been going here for years and had loaners before but now my insurance isn’t good enough. They now require Bodily Injury: $100,000 each person / $300,000 each accident. They just lost a long term service customer and, sorry sales folks, I won’t be purchasing my next vehicle from them.

Buying a car is hard.
First you have to find a car that you like, that fits your needs. Then you have to hope that the person selling you the car isn't trying to screw you over. I went to 5 dealerships before I finally found an honorable salesperson in Tarik. He listened to what I had to say, what I needed, and did not try to pressure me into anything beyond that.
Beyond that, the dealership itself is inviting, eductated, and fair. I bought a used car and you could tell they took the time to fix it up properly. A few small incedentals but it is practially a new car and WAY more affordable. This speaks highly of the Acura brand and overall, respect for the customers.
Go see Tarik, he will take care of you!

We took our Acura MDX in for an oil change and left with a new car! Our salesman, John Noll, was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and was able to answer every question we had. He explained how everything operated and even paired our phones for us. He took his time with us and never made us feel rushed or pressured. The sales manager, Elson, was wonderful to work with as was the Finance Manager, Leo David. These three gentlemen made buying a new car a very pleasurable experience. This is our third Acura MDX we have purchased from McGrath Auto in Morton Grove and we look forward to dealing with them in the future.

Adam Piechorwicz went out of his way today to give us technical assistance in order to set up our new car. He was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough as well as extremely helpful. His gentle disposition was extremely appreciated. Our new RDX has so many interesting features, and now with Adam’s help, we are better able to appreciate them. You at Mcgrath are so fortunate to employ him!

Where do I begin? I had been searching for a pre owned Subaru Outback for many months. Although I loved my current car, I knew it was time for a newer model. I found a potential vehicle while doing a random search. It turned out to be my neighborhood dealership conveniently located across the street from where I work. McGrath Acura. Although I was hesitant to shop at a dealership, surmising I would pay more and have limited bargaining power, I made an appointment. My first contact was Sara. Professional and attentive Sara followed up and sent helpful reminders. I appreciated that. At the dealership, I was greeted by Joel, who treated me with respect, inspected my vehicle for trade in value and accompanied me in my test drive of the prospective new car. Although relatively new to the industry, Joel was capable and was able to answer my questions or get the answers for those he could not. He was honest and enthusiastic without being “pushy.” I then met Elson who went over options for my trade in and final cost. We were able to negotiate a price we could both live with. Again, I was treated with respect and felt comfortable at every point. Finally, I met Sergio in finance. He was affable, kind and professional. All in all, I had an amazing experience at McGrath Acura and highly recommend stopping here first next time you’re in the market for a new or pre owned vehicle. Oh, and the McGrath Advantage which includes a year of 2 free oil changes, tire rotation and a lifetime of free car washes and multi point inspections (among other perks) is the cherry on the sundae. Thanks to you and your entire staff for a wonderful experience. I rang the bell!!!
