This gym is great, a variety of machines, great environment, Victor is cool, so is the other guys and girls at the desk and reception. Six months and and this place feels comfortable, people are friendly etc.

Went from a 4 to a 2 just bc they do not have a SAUNA or STEAM room! Like cmon a brand new renovated gym doesn’t have that? Everything else is nice but thats a big L.

The guy at the front desk was very helpful! I think his name is Basit. His customer service was the best I have ever experienced at this gym. I got my membership from Victor and he was very helpful, if you are looking to join ask for him!

The gentleman at the front desk, Bassit, is truly exceptional. His service is exemplary, offering a warm welcome that sets a fantastic tone for the gym. He consistently goes above and beyond, showcasing dedication and a strong work ethic.

Very poor customer service. Gym is nice and well kept. Error was made by one of the workers regarding my contract, and rather than showing empathy or looking to remedy the situation the manager Lina dismisses my concern completely and tells me “i should have read the contract”. At least one of the other workers, Victor took the time to troubleshoot the issue which i appreciated.
Very frustrating branch to work with as this the second time i’ve had a big issue with them. Be very careful about your exact contract terms and dates, as they are prone to errors, and won’t fix their own mistakes or even acknowledge them.

I went to this location looking for a membership. First I was greeted at the door then greeted by one of their salesmen. Raymond was very friendly and very helpful when explaining how memberships work. Thank you Raymond(salesman who sold me my membership) and thank you Victor(manager) for making my experience at La Fitness Amazing . Great gym great community and great staff.

We are on holiday and wanted to exercise.
Victor from LA fitness helped us very well. What I always find important is that people keep their agreements and Victor certainly does that. The gym is clean, spacious and well lit.
All equipment is well maintained.
Highly recommended.

Ok gym but not the greatest weekend hours. One issue is they don’t fix the machines that are broken in a timely manner. Half the cable machines are broken and haven’t been fixed in months. Also in the morning everything is a mess from the night before, don’t understand why they don’t have someone clean after they close or before they open.

I transitioned from Xsport and was pleasantly surprised by the staff here at this gym. I had the pleasure of speaking with two outstanding individuals at the front desk and with the general manager on Monday, Victor and Bassit, respectively. Their warm welcome and positive energy set a remarkable tone for the gym, an experience unlike any I've had before. Kudos to the staff for their exceptional service!

i didn’t even get to workout at this location yet and already got bad vibes from the manager. idk and idc what beef you guys got going on with Xsport but keep it professional with paying customers. Xsport and LA merged on 07/16 so i went here to try and workout, the manager asks me “who told you that?” and i told him i got an email and confirmed it with an Xsport employee, the manager goes “of course they did” and rolled his eyes, like what does that even mean??? rude asl change the attitude

This gym has everything you need!! The machines are top of the line and has everything you need to reach your fitness goals. I Came in and Victor game me the best service. Told him what i was looking for and my budget. He was super helpful & understanding. If you are looking to join ask for Victor!

Ample space and plenty of good equipment. The only issue right now is the pool. But it seems it will be available soon. Update on 06/2024: the swimming pool is in operation.
