I have usually gotten fair service but today was some random snafu about my card and a 15 payment that apparently not posted. I was treated like an untrustworthy criminal.The attitude from associate to customer service followed lead. The corporate manager offered to reactivate my card if I paid a 3 dollar late fee but I just wanted to get out of the store. From now on, I will stick to cash only.

The shopping experience at the Morton Grove Kohl’s has always been very good for me. The associates are friendly and helpful, the store is neatly laid out, and the prices and deals are very good.

Liljana or lijana, whatever her name is, super rude, the most nastiest attitude. I used to like coming here until today. I asked for a manager and it seems she punks the manager by the way she was talking to him. If you dont like what you do, don't come to work, abd most definitely dont talk to customers in that nasty tone.

I generally like Kohl's, good quality at decent prices. Having said that, the shoe department (the only department I shopped in this last trip) was beyond wrecked. Next to impossible to find the shoes that were on display, very few shoes had any pricing, and lots of paper, boxes and shoes strewn across the shelving and floor. It's back to school time, but that's when these areas need additional attention. Was disappointed when I'm usually not. The 3 star rating reflects today's visit.

What’s the point of the order pick up line if nobody helps you. I stood there and watch them take 3 customers from the sale/return line. So after that I went to stand behind the 4th customer in the sale line so that I can be helped. So rude!!! The cashier can clearly see that I’m standing there.
