Best experience I’ve had at a Just Tires. Had a flat tire which is stressful and I was worried I’d be late for a meeting. Ruben was so kind, he got me and out in no time! Top notch customer service.

I was here at around 5:30pm yesterday. The mechanic that helped me was nice enough, but the guy who was working the front counter was God Awful. Nasty attitude, not helpful, zero people skills. I hope I never need to come to this location again. Mt Prospect location is king!

I feel so taken advantage of. We came in for a tire that was loosing air quick. Peter said at first that it can be patched. Then he wanted to go back and forth with my husband saying the tires bald and that he measured it. We didn't know they could be measured so when my husband asks how, Peter gets aggressive and then said no we can't patch it, the whole tire needs to be changed because it's not safe. So which is it? Can it be patched or does it need to changed? We would have changed them all no problem but not like this. Because the tire was bad and Peter didn't want to patch it, I had no where else to go but follow this grouch. So upset

Just stopped by to do my tires rotation here today. I’m very pleased & satisfied with the work, Sofia did today with my car. She is very friendly & sweet, willing to answer all the questions that I had. I would love to return back to the shop with in the next few months to replace my tires and alignment. Thank you again.

This is horrible service. Wright I after the guy turned the car of he reversed hearing the engin roar on a minivan and placed it on the parking while the car was still on motion and most likely deleting my transmission. The supervisor was talking to the guy and he raved the engine and squealed the tires on front o the supervisor. And in the end the supervisor was very rude at me united of the guy who was misusing a Costumer ls car.

$45 plus tax for a flat tire repair? Get the you know what outa here. I just filled up air and went to Discount tire and it was FREE! Awesome people life time customer!
