Saw a lot sellers there through the time but always friendly people and trying to help . Mb not so fast sometimes this - but location always have all the products it is + . Review upgrade . I meet Olivia today there and she is so aware of the paint that I changed my comment to 5 stars.

After Dominick did such a great job installing our blinds in our kitchen we requested him to come back to do the installation in our dining room. He is professional, thorough with his exactness in his workmanship as well as friendly. He did a beautiful job. We are considering blinds in our living room, and if we decide to go ahead we will be requesting Dominick's services again.

It's been two years since I last needed to purchase paint. I revisited the Morton Grove store and Nick assisted in determining the best choice paints for my projects. I appreciate staff support who listen to the customer and strategizes together to find the best solution, and that is what Nick provided. It was a successful and very pleasant store visit/purchase.

Since moving to Chicago, working with JC Licht is a wonderful experience. It really doesn't matter how much you have painted, they will help you no matter what your skill level. I send my customers there, I shop there. Yes, the paint is more expensive but it is better quality than most other brands and the customer service is worth it. You want to go to a paint store to get paint. You can also tell they are an excellent store because they carry specialized brands that you don't see in big box stores, like Corona paint brushes (I will never buy Purty again), Norton abrasives, Old Masters and Festool. It's like this in every single one of their stores.

Great customer service! I stopped in yesterday to buy paint sample swatches. The store manager, Jake Spizzirri, assisted me and he was so helpful and friendly. I'll definitely be back and will be sending clients to this location.

This is for TJ Licht paint store on Waukegan in MORTON GROVE, IL I recently painted a den and looking for the correct paint, etc. I found the staff at JC Licht was outstanding. When the color was applied by the professional painter color was different--so I thought. I went back to the store. Art did an analysis of the sample and paint on the wall. They were the same but still different on the wall. I discussed this with Art and Rolando in the store. They were very understanding and wanted to help. Rolando arranged to bring a representative of Benj Moore to my house. They came as promised and determined the problem, which was not the paint nor the store and not even my fault, but the light bulbs. I had soft light recessed and then followed the reps advise to use day light recessed bulbs. Yep, they were 100% correct. I now have the soft grey walls, the color they are suppose to be. So simple, but without Rolando and the rep. no remedy would have been found. I recommend this store and comfortable with how they stand behind the product and excellent customer service. The best!!

Behind on writing reviews from the past month but definitely had to write this one. The customer service I experienced within this huge store was excellent. Was looking for tealight candles and it was amazing to see the associate know exactly where this hard-to-find product in the store would be.
