I just got back from this lab after having to do a drug screen, and I couldn't have been treated any better throughout the entire process. My collector, Aileen, was not only very kind, but she made me laugh, and she made the situation very calm. She was great to work with and if I ever had to do another drug screen, this is where I'm coming.

This lab has billed and collected payment from my Medicare for a Covid-19 Test on me that is totally FRAUD. I have never had a Covid test by anyone. I live in Tennessee and have never been to this lab. Medicare sent me a Explanation of Benefits for the payment they made to this lab, and I have notified Medicare this is a fraudulent claim and I wish for them to withdraw their payment and hopefully stop paying fraudulent claims.

In and Out Labs and Aileen are the absolute best. Aileen is kind, informative and especially accommodating to your schedule and to your specific needs. The service is fast, efficient and professional and the clinic is clean and never crowded. This is the lab to go for your blood tests.

who ever you guys have at the front desk is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with in medical place of an kind, probably should be replaced. Nobody should ever be treated like this. This person should be ashamed of themselves.
