My issue is with Fifth Third in general they have no loyalty all they do is charge you fees and punish you instead of being friendly and helpful. I have had an account for more than 5years just recently overdraft under 50$ now I have to wait 3 days to cash my check from work as punishment I have been cashing my checks every other week for a year and a half with my current company so its punishment I COULD HAVE GONE TO A CURRENCY EXCHANGE AND DONE IT CHEAPER AND FASTER WHAT A SHAME EVERY SINGLE PERSON I KNOW THAT HAS A FIFTH THIRD ACCOUNT HAS LEFT THEM.More one star reviews than 5 how do these managers have jobs they don't care about bad reviews would you go to a doctor that has under 3 star review

Hours posted as 9AM-5:30PM Monday thru Thursday. Stopped by at 5:26 on a Tuesday because I needed to make a simple transaction. Found all doors locked.

I've been banking at this branch for the past 15 years; it use to be MB Financial now 53rd Bank. I've experienced consistent great customer service all this time; most of the people have been there many years. This is pretty much the only branch I do my banking because the customer service is outstanding! The go to personal banker is Nita; she has a passion to help people with their financial needs and truly is a person of integrity and loyal to her customers! Ana and all the other tellers are all great! They have been servicing customers with professionalism, courtesy, respect and genuinely nice and caring people; they are quick and efficient without skimping out on customer service.I've never had a problem that wasn't met with real concern and willingness to help! Most of my issues are\were due to my own ignorance but there's not one person who wasn't understanding and helpful; took the time to give me information or answer\address my concerns no matter how small.The bankers and tellers make this branch welcoming and always a pleasure to handle your banking needs; great experience! I highly recommend this branch if you want awesome customer service by people who will go above and beyond for you! Trust me! I'm not getting paid for this review, it's authentic; these people still believe in being good to people and you're not treated like an account #.

Worst customer serves when in for a deposit and withdrawal it took me 45 min and they are so slow I would give 0 start if possible and they actually ask why I went into this bank if I usually bank somewhere else like I can’t go where I feel like it
