I wrote a professional review about a delivery my husband and I had made at this location four or so years ago. This was the second time we had made a delivery there. An employee of this company was very unprofessional, which led to unacceptable behavior. Details in which I didn't fully go into but noted that the employee should be educated on how to communicate and behave in accordance that represents their company. When the company saw the review they contacted our employer at the time and wanted the review removed. Their employee or themselves tried to lie about what happened to get the negative review taken down. (We have recorded proof caught on our dash cam.) And due to the fact this company was a regular customer of the trucking company we worked for, our employer didn't want it to affect that. Our employer didn't believe their story but "nicely" demanded we please take down the review. Which we did. But we no longer work for that trucking company and thought a review needed to be posted so the event isn't swept under the rug.

This has been a complete nightmare from day one. We definitely do not recommend this company and their contractor Dr. Laundry. if you decide to go with equipment international anyway, I promise that you will regret your decision every day.

Long overdue review post since Equipment International has helped us out so much over the past year. EI went above and beyond to get equipment in our facility and set it up for us. We had some washers that needed some settings changed, and they came right out. If we have questions, they are very responsive to them. These days, finding service-driven companies is not easy to do, and Equipment International is just that! Excellent service starts with the leader, and EI CEO Kyle leads an incredible team. Thank you for all you do!
