Best company I have worked with! I needed merch and had a horrible experience with a different company previous to being referred to Done Deal. Came to Done Deal frustrated and worked with Nicole on a project and she was a breath of fresh air! I pushed her pretty hard for an in hands date and responses from her quickly. I was definitely not the easiest customer to handle to say the least. She remained patient, answered emails and texts promptly every time. Everyone there made me feel like the companies #1 priority. All while putting the quality of their work first by sending different options and recommended methods, instead of just doing what I originally said and just getting through the job. Artist created and sent me PHENOMENAL artwork with not much to work off of. Have never written a review anywhere else and don't plan on continuing them but really needed to show off my gratitude and hats off to Done Deal.

Ordered and paid for a shirt for my son, never received the shirt and credit card was charged. My wife called Done Deal Promotions, she was told to call Jason who she called twice and left a message each time and was never called back. I guess improvement could be made by giving people what they paid for and returning phone calls, normal business practices.

Our company has utilized the services of Done Deal Promotions since before I can remember. Verne Reich handles all of our promotional items and both Verne and Done Deal Promotions are the most responsive and professional vendor that we work with. They provide high quality items and the logo design and placement is always perfect. Besides the professionalism, the most beneficial service they provide is the input on promotional items. They provide us information as to trending items and make suggestions for logo placement. The also make great hot or trending gift ideas for our clients and employees.

Jenn and Jonas are amazing to work with! I am a teacher and the fundraising chair for my school. I have used Done Deal for classroom field trip shirts, graphic design, paper invitations, banners, tote bags, plastic cups for my event and so much more. I have referred them to other teachers in my school and to other people in my event planning industry. They are quick to respond, extremely helpful, professional and just a delight to work with. I have been working with Verne at DDP for more than 10 years, and haven't found a better place to get my t-shirts and sweatshirts from (I'm a youth pastor and so order a fair amount of gear each year). He even, last minute, got me some World Series rally towels when the Cubs were in the World Series. They do consistently great work, at a great price. I'm so grateful that whenever I need something printed...I got a guy. And he always comes through.
