If I can put 0 stars I would. It was an emergency stop for feminine hygiene and they locked the doors @9:50pm on 12/26/2023. I get it when it’s time to go it’s time. but when the hours online SAYS OPEN TIL 10pm and also on the door, then expect to work and remain doors open. Then when you waste gas too in these hard times makes it even worse.
Some blonde hair lady just looked and ignored, so rude. If you don’t wanna work til store hours then ask to schedule who will work til 10 on the dot. Unbelievable!!

Nice store with plenty to shop from. Items were presented nicely and organized. They don't have the one item I was looking for, extension cord!Staff was not too enthusiastic to help with locating the item, he said "we don't have it, but you can look for it in aisle ##" well, the store staff should know the merchandise the store carries, if customers have to look, we don't need store clerk. If customers do not believe store clerk, then they can look without asking first. Be positive to tell with certainty, the item is not available and added by saying if customers wish, that type should be in aisle xx. That sounds much better!

The store is super busy and hard to keep organized with the popular items. The staff are trying to do their best. There's always a great deal to find at the Dollar Tree. If they have what you need. Check out the food. They have a frozen food section.

I went around 6:30 pm and didn’t get out till past 7 pm. Took my time and looked around and got a whole hand basket full of stuff for $35! This is the nicest and most organized dollar tree I have been too, and it was peaceful, too. The cashier was very nice. I’m not sure about the other review that mentioned the newspaper, maybe it depends on employees, but the cashier wrapped my glass items (3) in newspaper for free. Even checked my receipt. And she asked beforehand as well.
Will definitely be back.

The women short hair in the register so So unprofessional , first she scan the card twice and when i told her that she got mad and slit the envelope front of me !!! Zero customer service..no respect! I will never go back again to this store ??

I had a very bad and rude experience with one of this location store managerI ask him nicely and it is said in the receiptThey are able to exchange items, and still I did ask him if I could exchange some items unopened, first he make it big deal and then he said ok, I went to my car and bring the items and then he started yelling at me and no no we can't and I said but you told me it is ok, and in the receipt said ok! and when I told him that he doesn't know how to treat his customers with respect he said get out from my store ! The point is these people they need someone to teach them how to do good customer service.

I do like this store but I am getting tired of the unprofessionalism from this one cashier. He is an older gentleman with white hair. He is so rude to the customers. I get it, they are busy and under staffed but it's not our fault. No excuses though, he is rude all year long.

The store itself is fine. We go here frequently when in the area. However, I am considering not returning after I saw a store Manager and workers make fun of a customer that appeared not to speak English as a first language. The woman was trying to return an item without a receipt and she was trying to use her credit card statement as proof of her purchase. I heard the Dollar Store Manager tell the woman that he couldn't take the return or do an exchange without a receipt more than once to the woman. After telling her firmly that he wasn't allowed to make returns or exchanges without a receipt because that is the policy at the Dollar Store the Manager left the counter and said out loud I don't know if I need an interpreter or if I am speaking English. Then the male and female Dollar Store workers laughed out loud and repeated what the Manager said about not speaking English. I felt bad for the lady as she was still standing at the counter and asked again if they could take her return and that she had her credit card statement to show them that she made a purchase. After that type of public humiliation I don't think I will return to this location again.
