I scheduled an estimate for my window project, and Crawford pulled a no-call, no-show TWICE!I paid them $149 up front and scheduled an estimate for Wednesday morning. They did not show up, and did not even call me to let me know they could not make it. I called them and they stated that the estimator had a family emergency, which is understandable, but nobody from Crawford bothered to inform me. One mistake is understandable, so I rescheduled the estimate for two days later on Friday. Same thing happened on Friday, they did not show up and did not call. I took time off work on both days and they wasted my time without even having the courtesy to let me know that they weren't able to make it to my house.I canceled the estimate and asked for a refund. Now I'm waiting to see if they will actually issue the refund.

The crew was very professional and they were on time. I was very impressed from the initial contact with the salesman to the installers. I have been in contact with them after the sale and feel happy they will be available if I need them in the future. I highly recommend Crawford Windows & Doors.

Crawford Windows & Doors recently replaced 6 windows & capped 6 more for my old home. They did an excellent job with the windows & with cleaning up once done. The windows look & work great. Communication was very good. I have 5 more windows that need to be replaced & I will definitely use them for those also. I believe that the cost was very good too. Highly recommended.
