I guess when I've been at BP and have been unable to use my Mariano's points it's been user error; my bad. In my defense, this BP had much clearer instructions on how to use those points, and even a sticker telling you where to start in order to use points, so that's helpful. Now I know how to do it at other BP stations. For others whom it may help, you click Cancel on the touchscreen, NOT the Cancel button on the physical keypad. I think that was my mistake. Since I joined the Mariano's Boost delivery program, I got 1,000 fuel points and because they don't want to be TOO generous they expire the month after they are obtained, which means I have to use them all by the end of September. Stopping here allowed me to use them all and I got $1 off per gallon. I'm glad about that but I'm also wishing I wasn't so close to running out of gas (I was at about five miles remaining in the tank so it was an emergency) because since this station is so close to the freeway they can charge a bit of a premium, and a mile or so down the road (a BP, even) was about 25 cents per gallon cheaper.

You gotta watch these cashier's.. especially the one there from 7am to 3pm with glasses... He will overcharge you on merch all the time.. 2 items at $1.29 each is not $4.85.. I know it ain't alot but this wasn't the first time and probably won't be the last, I was just paying attention today.. It's the principal, come here buy businesses and then try and rip off hard working Americans..

Got gas and whatever. Most importantly the bathroom was way cleaner than I expected. The walls didn't look great but the toilet, sink and floor were clean. Didn't feel like I needed a tetanus shot and a shower after leaving. Thanks!

Horribly irresponsible ownership. I stopped here to fill up and their gas gun malfunctioned as I took it out of my car and sprayed gasoline all over my clothes and the side of my car. I made the attendant aware of this and he asked me to write down my contact information so he can give it to the owner, who never contacted me. This was a potentially very dangerous situation and the fact that nobody reached out speaks volumes about the integrity of ownership.

oh s*** this place was cool but the ownership must have decided to make more profit and first brought in a guy from the west side and the super kool dude had urban music pounding in the store he was short lived: good.. now they brought in the profit guy and the owner decided the they have a 5 dollar minimum on credit card purchases not the normal twenty five cent extra charge for under $5 purchases. you greed a** like you are''t over charging people for the damn beer already and everything else. Before at least your over charging came with good customer service. The business man as one of your ex employee called the owner, get your a** right i spent 4 to 5 dollars a day even more on weekend there. Do the math lose your employee the new guy and the minimum me and my friends and family are going to a place where we are customers not victims of greedy profiteer shame on you for being greedy and have others do your dirty. oh there's the shell across the street to all go there no alcohol but there don't b******* with prices. basically this place works to RIP YOU OFF IT WOULD NOT GIVE NO STARS SO IT GET 1

Morton Grove BP (British Petroleum) is my last resort before heading off on Edens Expressway (Interstate 94) from work. It is truly my lifesaver on the days I put off getting gas while to driving to work. I have that option to either get gas here paying less than $3 per gallon versus getting gas on the West side of Chicago paying over $3! At this very moment, it has one of the lower gas prices I have visually seen in Chicagoland. Not that many Chicagoland gas prices are high, but it is quite baffling that there are more locations in Chicagoland that have lower gas prices than places in Chicago. And many belong to the same franchise, which is very ridiculous wouldn't you say?.

And many belong to the same franchise, which is very ridiculous wouldn't you say?. This BP sits right across from its competing gas station, a Shell gas, which tends to mirror its prices by a few cents or less! I cannot vouch for what its competing neighbor carries because I do not visit it on my route towards Edens Expressway nor do I have an interest in visiting. My encounters with the clerks are always straight to the point with no friendly emotions whatsoever, which tends to be the normal with the clerks with middle eastern backgrounds, but I will take that any day versus a negative experience. In my opinion, the inside of this BP seems slightly cluttered, but I guarantee it has everything you may need while on the go, as any gas station should! Some of those things are an ATM, Illinois lottery, a pay phone, a vacuum & air machine, nicotine products and the typical convenience store items. It is also a place where you can purchase beer, which seems rare for a gas station. Thomas G
