“Updated: I thought they scratched my hood on 4 different places but somebody from the business reached out to me and shared both fotos and video snippets proving me wrong. I guess once you read enough negative reviews it gets to your head. Service was great and they were able to clean up my rims very well without me mentioning it. The automatic carwash I usually use really falls short when it comes to rims. They even offered to try and see if they can do something about the scratches regardless of that not being their fault. 5 stars.”

“After moving back to an area with Ziebart locations and buying two new vehicles in the last two years, the Franklin Park location has undercoated and ceramic coated my wife's Mini Cooper SE as well as done some work on my Ford Bronco. Great attention to detail and has made the Mini Cooper an attention getter, as well as given me a happy wife.The Bronco is used for light off-roading and road trips. It's also parked outside regularly. Keeping it clean is a challenge to say the least but some ceramic coating has been a big help! Highly recommended location with staff that is courteous. You can tell they now their craft well.”

“My fiancé and I came up to Chicago for the weekend and were staying up in Deerfield. Woke up to a nail in our tire. We were able to walk over to Golz and they were super willing to give us a ride back with an air tank to fill up our tire so we could avoid paying for a tow truck and drive the car down to their shop. They got us in right away, fixed it super quick, and even made sure all of our other tires were filled.
If we are ever back in the area and have any issues with a vehicle, we will definitely be coming back to Golz!”

I know enough about cars to know when I'm being ripped off, and am so tired of the 'technicians' at most places who really don't understand how vehicles operate. “All I can say it was smooth and the surrounding, and people are nice. My car get fix and clean, I was surprised it was clean unlike other shop I been too. I'm glad they fix my bumper, all I care is that they fix so the outside look good, no dent, no dings. The lady front desk is nice and professional she didn't rush me or anything, thank you for your patience, and thanks to Carlos professional and work ethic. There was a little scratch on my side door when I saw white paint. Carlos just when extra step buff my car. Thanks I appreciate it. Thank God is not a heavy scratch but a light scratch. I appreciate that Carlos take some of the scratch out. I use to work car wash before and little scratch customer will explode and complain, I been in that field before but hope you guys be careful next time on a different customer. To me thank God is not heavy scratch but light scratch I let it slide but I appreciate you guys fix my bumper and clean interior also. It look clean thank you. ? also one things I wanna add crash champion suppose to close at 5pm cst but Carlos nice enough stay late for me to pick up my car. From Highland Park to Chicago is far and I am glad I can pick up my car after 5. Other than that I have no complaints I rated this Crash Champion shop 11 out of 10. It better than any other shop I been too they were careless and rude. Thanks for fixing my 2021 Corolla Apex.

“I went into A Plus Auto Detail today with these white and chalky acid spots all over my car that I feared would never come out and Art did an absolutely incredible job sanding and polishing them out. He was friendly, professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about exterior work. The prices for his services were very reasonable and I was beyond pleased with the quality of his work. “To begin I have an original 1956 Corvette in Cascade Green and it is all original. No matter what it gets dirty over time in my garage in my building. Every spring for as long as I can remember now I bring my '56 to Simon's Shine Shop. They 110 percent deliver the best detail/cleaning, engine cleaning, and shine ever! The result is eye and jaw dropping! Just in picking it up others picking up their cars come over and go wow! I cannot recommend Simon's highly enough! “Keep in mind they service exotics and charge a lot for it.First repair on my first mclaren had swirled paint that needed to be repainted. But they also found money under my floor mat and notified me instead of keeping it. Kind of them.Second repair on my second mclaren it sat in the shop a month, they wouldn’t even look at it until they had an adjuster on it but also didn’t want to call the adjuster to set up an inspection.I initiated the inspection with the adjuster after waiting for them to do so and they were good about communicating with him.One complication with my case was that initially I wanted a claim through State Farm but then switched through Geico once I learned new info about the accident. Once I switched to Geico they made no attempt to contact Geico in several weeks.I then towed to perillo collision and within a week they had contacted the adjuster torn it apart and marked it as totaled.If you feel this review is unfair please respond and I will change it.”

I chose package 3 which was the deluxe wash. It was the best $42 I ever spent!
They worked on the car for about 20 to 25 minutes and it looks like it’s brand new both inside and out.
They washed all the mats and made them look brand new, vacuumed the inside, washed the 3,000 bugs off the front grill and did an all-around excellent job!

“Booked through Groupon for the Full Exterior/Interior with 1 Year Ceramic Coating. I am blown away by how the car turned out. For the percentage correction their website mentioned, it definitely looks better than I was hoping. The car glows with the coating. The interior and engine bay came out great as well, really fresh smelling, and everything was nicely packaged for me to put back. Nothing was missing. Pickup was super easy, as was scheduling. Everyone called or texted from the same number, so it was easy to keep track. They also made sure I was home and were able to schedule me in the day before New Year's Eve last minute. Very happy, results speak for themselves. The car is so shiny my phone can barely focus.”
