I've been taking my car here since I've purchased the vehicle here. The service advisors I recommend is Arameh and Sino, they always take care of you and are honest with you about your car. They communicate and help you with any questions you might have. They always go above and beyond. For example, with car washes they go out of the way and have them clean your floor mats and vacuum. I've had only one bad experience here when Sino and Arameh wasn't there, Andrew helped me with my car that day. And he lied and tried to rip me off. Thinking since I'm a girl I don't know about cars.

Vaden and Gerry deserve 500 stars for their exceptional sales expertise. Among the best I've encountered, they provided clear, transparent guidance throughout the car purchasing process. Despite my penchant for changing cars frequently due to extensive driving, the dealership experience was typically arduous--yet, dealing with Vaden and Gerry was remarkably efficient. While most dealers wasted my time with unnecessary complexities, these professionals presented straightforward, precise figures. It was the quickest and most seamless car purchase I've ever had. Many thanks to them, and I'll wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking an Audi.Ps Hope other dealers learn this :)

Zero stars. Horrible buying experience. My hope and prayer is that the wife, daughter, mother, grandmother and any and all family members of Tomasz Bazarewicz and Jose Vallecillo are treated in the same unkind and non empathetic way I was treated when buying a vehicle from this dealership. Karma boys!!

Unbelievable. Took my car for oil change and told them repeatedly to wash my car and they did not do so. Very dissatisfied.

Zain and the team at Audi MG are experts in their craft, invested in the relationships they forge with customers, and willing to negotiate to make a great deal. This dealership and Zain were so great to work with! We drove 4 hours to get there and explained that we didn't want to waste our time if the car wasn't a clean car with little scratches. Zain and his team immediately texted us many detailed pictures, even a specific picture to point out a scratch. They called us multiple times to make sure that we were prepared with the financing, the pictures were okay, and to tell us that they were all set for us as we drove that way.Zain was so great with all of the paperwork, test drive and the entire process. I highly recommend him!Once we got there, the dealership was beautiful, the car was perfect, and the ownership of the employees that worked there, was very evident.

My first contact at Morton Grove Audi was with Raymond who takes care of online inquiries. Raymond was very pleasant to work with and listened to my wants and needs. I was then turned over to Gerry who dropper the ball which was unfortunate. However, I will call this a blessing because I then had the opportunity to work with Jasmin who is a manager and put all things back on track. Jasmin was so professional and wonderful to work with. My Sales Person was Mary and she was the Gem to making this the best business transaction a person could ask for. Mary was so kind, considerate and professional. I can't forget about Gene in finance dept. Gene was professional and good sense of humor. In the end I would highly recommend Morton Grove Audi and their team. Thank you May & Jasmin for taking such great care of me! I look forward to working with you non the future. Shane M

This dealership does not belong in Morton Grove.This is the grimiest, most deceitful business in the village of MG. Babylon and Jasmin are NOT GOOD PEOPLE. Allow me to explain:I made an appointment to see one particular S6. I'm an old school guy and my time is very valuable - so I cut right to it."What is the out-the-door price for this car? I am not interested in extended warranties, protection plans, etc., etc., none of that. Just tell me how much and I'll come back with a check." Babylon was so upset that I didn't want to finance through them. As you should know, dealerships, at the very least, get kickbacks from selling financing on vehicles, and this place probably charges an extra point for themselves on top. I'm confident they do. He kept asking for my social so he could "try and match" my credit union. Complete ignorance. Finally, he left after I had to tell him a little more directly, "don't worry about the money, I'm good". He brought the car around and me and MY FAMILY took a look at it and were ready to buy. I signed an agreement and HE SIGNED A BILL OF SALE that I took to my credit union to have them make out a check. I returned with the check, handed it directly to Jasmin, and I told her that I was taking my daughter to swimming and that I'd be back to sign the paperwork and pick up the car. She was also upset that I didn't "go upstairs to talk with the manager" and I told her I wasn't going to miss my daughter's swimming. I was at Niles North, just 5 minutes from the dealership, and practice was ending in 10 minutes, when she called me and told me they sold the vehicle. She didn't even say sorry. She acted so nonchalantly through the phone, no shame whatsoever. This was actually the second time Jasmin showed her rancid character to me but shame on me for giving this place a second chance. I asked the salesman whom I'd been working with if this was a joke. After about 10 minutes, he called me and told me that "my managers were trying to sell this car to someone they knew but couldn't get financing until just now". AUDI MORTON GROVE HAD A CHECK FOR $67.582.55 AND SOLD MY CAR TO SOMEONE ELSE. JASMIN WAS HOLDING THE PAID IN FULL CHECK IN HER HANDS AND STILL SOLD MY CAR TO SOMEONE ELSE. All because I would not finance through them. They'd rather make an extra thousand dollars in fees and financing than honor a relationship that could have bore way more fruit than that. I could have had a great experience and brought my friends and family here. These people are only in it for the quick buck. The quick sale. Lost on them is the importance of good business practices and building long term relationships. I could do nothing but laugh. Literally, I laughed because it was the most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced. They showed the car to my family. My kids. They gave me a signed bill of sale. I brought them a check. For the entire amount. I personally gave Jasmin the check and could see in her face how defeated she was that I didn't finance through them. And then they sold the car while I was watching my daughter swim. This place and these people are what is wrong in the world today. They should be ashamed of themselves. I've since purchased through Audi Exchange on 41 and I couldn't be happier. Everything happens for a reason. Jasmin, Babylon, and Audi Morton Grove showed me their deceitful business practices so that I would go to Audi Exchange and receive a remarkable experience and do business with an organization that deserves my favor. Whatever you think you'll find or get at Audi MG, you'll get more and be respected at Audi Exchange.

I will never, ever do business with this company again. Their extremely poor communication and dishonest business practices left me very frustrated. The company did not have the part in stock for a repair when they said they would, causing me the massive inconvenience of driving almost 90 minutes round trip to come back the following day. Andrew my sales representative was nice, but said there was nothing further that could be done to make the situation right when I brought the inconvenience up to him. Buyer beware at this dealership.

The staff at Audi Morton Grove was great and made our car buying process easy. Stevie on the sales floor team in particular is a bright spot on the staff being very knowledgeable about each vehicle and fun to chat with. The vehicle we purchased was of the highest quality and the service staff took great care of the car during our first "checkup". If your considering buying a car I'd highly recommend doing so from Audi Morton Grove!

Horrible service! I paid over $400 just for 10k service check & I was getting off work at 5pm. The dealership is 45 minutes away from me and I was running late to pick up my vehicle (Service closed at 6pm). I called to let the know I would be about 5 minutes after 6pm ( they checked with management and stated that was fine) Once I was about 10 minutes away, I got a call from a girl in the service department stating they will not wait 5 minutes for me to get there and they "Have" to clock out at 6pm. This is horrible service, she then HUNG UP on me after I explained the managers stated this was okay. Once I got there AT 6:03PM the service dept was CLOSED! I was so upset they couldn't wait just a few minutes. The sales manager had to call the service rep to come back into the dealership to cash me out. What a horrible experience!
