“I went to J&A transmission after a dealership had told me it would cost me almost $10,000 to get a new transmission (they said a remanufactured one was not available- period). I took my vehicle to J&A at the recommendation of a family friend, and I’m glad I did! They found out from the manufacturer that the remanned machines were on backorder, not totally unavailable. I had to wait a few weeks for it to come in, but I was able to get a rebuilt transmission put in and saved $4,000+ thanks to J&A’s efforts. They explained everything in terms a non-car person could understand, and were very transparent in the process. I would recommend them highly.”

“I had an odd job that I needed some trustworthy help for. I needed 2 20' conexs moved and one 40' high cube. The boys showed up on time, had a plan, and executed. It took longer for me to say hello than it did for them to implement their plan and get straight to work. The results? My containers placed up to the edge of my building, just off the edge of my concrete. Exactly the way I requested.Extremely fair on the price too. I am very thankful.”

“I used my gas card at the pump. I was able to pump my gas and be on my way. There is an option for payment of the drive-thru car wash which I declined this time.”

“I was in need of a transmission for my 2011 chrysler t&c. This facility not only towed my vehicle from plainfield but was able to replace it the same day. They were upfront about costs and turnaround time was much faster than they quoted. Cost was about $4700 give or take a few $$$ in total. Transmission rebuild. New line and radiator flush. Plus some other items. Not bad since one guy said they were 4 to 6 weeks out and another said at least 2 months at $9500. If in need af another I will be calling them again.

Thank you for the fast friendly service.”

“My family and I were driving from Nebraska to Washington DC in our RV. Instead of spending money to stay at a KOA just to sleep, we figured we'd try using a truck stop. This place was free to stay the night, they just requested that RVs use the back-in parking if we can around the perimeter of the designated car/RV area. It had a gated dog run complete with some agility equipment, trash cans, and a pooper scooper! We pulled over here on a whim, and were very impressed. There's a bit of noise since it's right off the interstate, but the lot itself was quiet and felt safe. There was a BP gas station attached (we recommend filling your tank there since the stay for the night is free) and it has a 24/hr gas station with clean bathrooms and stations for showering for a fee. In the morning we got coffee and pastries from the little eclectic diner. For our first non-campground overnight stay, we were very impressed!”
