Vicki is the BEST!! She was a great problem solver if I had any questions or concerns while having my house built. The process took many months and she was always available to help me through every situation I encountered. She also gave me great recommendations from everything from someone to install a garage door opener to landscaping! Highly Recommend!

Horrible! What a slap to the face for families struggling to find a home. They want 75$ per person living in a home for the application fee! Just like every other rental company, they want to be greedy and force you for the ~potential~ to get the home.

We just purchased our first new home here in Morris and we could not be more grateful that Dawn was with us through the process. She was very helpful in trying to be the first to show us a house that was available. She was always on top of the details and continued to make sure that we continued looking until we found something that we loved. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a home to partner up with Dawn. She is kind, caring, and an honest person. We cannot say enough good things about her.

We rent through Vicki at Remax. We have had nothing but issues when it comes to prompt friendly assistance. It generally takes weeks for anything to be handled, if it gets any attention at all. Most of the time we just save ourselves the hassle and have it fixed. We have currently been waiting for 3 weeks for something to be done about our fridge that leaks into the middle of my kitchen. Which has also been great when it comes to slipping and falling. The people that have been sent to repair things have been unprofessional, taken hours to Fix small problems, or late to name a few. After having squirrels chew through our roof/siding and making their way into my actual house, you would think that would be a priority. We ended up having to handle that ourselves as well. Which meant setting up a trap and actually catching it... and then we had someone come out to clean and patch the hole. Maybe after the second time the squirrels chewed through the house.... NOPE. That’s just to name a few instances. Save your families the stress and unnecessary hassle.

Vicky did in 24 days what another company could not in 6 months and 2 weeks +-. My house proudly displayed the sold sign. She had the right attitude, dug her shoes right in and got the job done. You ROCK Vicky.I moved and what i did not realize is that a vacant house still requires utilities, taxes, lawn cared for and it adds up for the seller. She was great at explaining things to me, the what, why and how. Thank you Vicky!!!

We had a great experience buying, selling and then buying again with our amazing agent Justin Geiger. I had a 5 week old baby boy at the time, she was always willing to work around our busy schedules. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, she worked late nights, and got contracts ready when she was on family vacations. Every time i went into the Office at Re/Max everyone greeted me with a smile and were very helpful. Hopefully we never have to sell or buy again HAHA. BUT if we do, Justin will be the one we call. Thank you Justin!!!!

My fiance and I went in to ask a few questions about a listing they were representative of and have never felt more disrespected. The realtor in question, Joanne Gretencord, did not meet us at the property we went to look at and had her assistant meet us there instead. The assistant could not answer the questions we had, so we went back to the office after taking a look around to speak with Joanne directly. After taking a seat to wait for her to finish up with a phone call, we went in, took a seat, asked our first question and as she was in the middle of answering our question, her phone rang and she took the call, without even excusing herself or letting the other party know that she was with someone. After finally hanging up, her attitude with us was condescending. She did not take our offer or questions seriously. Did not offer any advice on what the seller might have countered with, only that the seller would not accept the offer which was not unreasonably low, considering what other properties in the area have sold for recently. She was very rude and we walked out within minutes of engaging in actual discussion (not including the overall time we had to wait). Perhaps if we had a realtor speak to her on our behalf, our offer would have been taken more seriously. We have no interest in buying this piece of property now though, simply because this woman was so rude. We may also now have a better understanding of why this property has been on the market now for over three years.

We had a terrible experience with their agent, Vicki Geiger. We made the mistake of allowing her to act as a dual agent on a real estate transaction and came to deeply regret it. She never adequately represented our interests, she made deliberately misleading statements to us, she outright lied on several occasions, and in the end simply did not return our phone calls. Ms. Geiger is very well connected in the town of Morris and this apparently means she does not have to practice ethically. Ironically, she is currently running for local office and basing her campaign on ethics! Ms. Geiger should try practicing what she preaches. I recommend that everyone avoid doing business with this agent.
