The manager obviously a transitional gender woman to man refused my business and did not have my part when told over the phone the part was there. The manager kicked me out of the store. Told my business wasn't wanted after their mistake. Unprofessional She/He manager!

Called to see if they had parts in stock n they told me they had and would put aside for me. When I got there they only had 1 of the 4 band clamps I needed.

Have used O'Reilly for years. From batteries to spark plugs (a thing of the past) belts to WD40 and windshield cleaner. Good service and friendly people

Michael went above and beyond helping us out. He is an honest person who thinks of his customers first and foremost. He is the reason why I will on shop at the Morris O'Reilly Auto Parts for all of my car needs!

Personally I need to give this O'Reilly store 5 stars. Everything I stop here everyone is extremely helpful. The store is always very clean and organized.I would definitely recommend this store to friends and family.

Last week we were headed to SW Iowa from Ohio and my truck started acting up. Eric and his crue went to work and helped me more than any auto parts store I have ever been at. Spent a really long time helping me get to my location.. Great people make great companies..

My husband and I were driving through on our way to iowa had some problems with his GMC found this O’Reilly auto parts store and everyone there was a very helpful and went out of their way to get us back on the road!!! I would highly recommend this place for fantastic customer service!!!!
