Couldn’t be more impressed with Jordan and his customer service! Headed through town at the beginning of a road trip on a Friday night 20 mins before closing. One of our tires started loosing pressure. Gave them a call and headed right in. Jordan found the issue immediately, fixed it, and had us on our way by closing time. Thanks again Jordan! Good customer service can be hard to find. We appreciate you!

They charge more money it is on the listing price, so attention people if yup go a base car and they charge for especial filter is the money they been stealing from yuo people and God knows how many times they do that so pay attention people and report that

Went in and was greeted IMMEDIATELY by the technician, Mike. He was extremely helpful with explaining the issues with my vehicle and ultimately replacing my brakes and a few other things. Prices are fair and work is great. Finally, when it came time to pay, i was having issues with my card. Mike trusted me to let me leave with my vehicle without making payment, to run to the bank and get the money. Will absolutely be a returning customer thanks to Mike!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about them! I know absolutely nothing about cars and every time I come in they fix what I came in for, check for other issues that I may need fixed, and always explain to me what they’re doing and teach me how things work so I know for future reference and the price is great! I had Adam helping me with my car today and he was so personable and kind. 100% the only place i’ll ever take my car. I also had Mike fixing my coolant last month and he was so knowledgeable and down to earth.

July 5, 2024 I took my vehicle in for a full service premium synthetic blend oil change. I also had a couple other filters replaced. Later that day I noticed this under my vehicle. I was informed someone would come to my home to hook it back up. I'm still waiting. I've called several times and I'm still waiting.

Need more staff. They have to have missed out on thousands of dollars in business. Staff is friendly but for some reason every time I have attempted to get an oil change there it's a several hour wait.

This place claims to fill all fluids but really doesn’t. And if you ask why they will tell you they don’t do it. But on my receipt it says it was done. Terrible experience I will never be returning

New Update they replaced my hub and bearings and a stud on my tire and the stud just busted off !! Thinking of getting lawyer involved after spending all this money I shouldn't still be having issues like this at all ???Went back today after I had all my work done to my car. They did lower and upper control arms brake pads rotors and shoes on it plus hubs and bearings new sway bar links and new tie rods plus ball joints and axle. Took it to get the alignment today at a different location. They new location told sway bar links are loose?? so I took to Mobile 1 long behold they told me they will no longer service my car ?? after spending over 4k there getting stuff fixed on my car....??? Very disappointed and please don't take your car here!!!!
