Every time I go here I find long expired food. The deli and dairy sections are the worst by far, but the entire store is a disaster waiting to happen. I need to check every product I buy and often need to go to another store to get what I need. Someone is going to be hospitalized after eating something they bought here, if that has not already happened.
The management should be ashamed at how poorly they are running the store, and I’m shocked that corporate has not stepped in to overhaul this location.

It’s absolutely terrible what you’ve done to my daughter!!
She was hired at the job fair for the new Diamond, IL. location on August 28th. She was told to call the Morris, IL. store within 2days if she didn’t hear anything, which she did. She’s been blown off EVERY TIME! Always told Alicia wasn’t available! She actually talked to Alicia ONCE. Alicia told her that she had her application right in front of her, and that she’d call my daughter back the next morning, which NEVER happened! My daughter kept calling, and even went into the store, and it’s always the same story. Alicia isn’t available!! My daughter has Service Desk experience, and is an excellent cashier. It’s a shame that she has been treated this way!!!

The absolute WORST! Every drive up and go order I've made has been incorrect and late. So I decided to try a few deliveries. Every order has either items missing, or my bread, eggs, produce is smashed, bruised and broken. I had a delivery order last night and even though it said it was delivered, it was no where to be found. I attempted to talk to customer service online - no help from them. I called the store and talked to a manager - still haven't heard back from them either. So I'm out money and groceries ? I will no longer be a customer of the jewel in Morris

Same overpriced grocery store. I guess you can get away with greed pricing when there is limited choices of stores in the immediate area.

I went to deli department and waited over 20 minutes for my order. The woman was working really hard for being by herself. Another woman started helping her. After less than 5 minutes she started to serve the customers that wanted chicken only. Everyone has a ticket. So why do the customers ordering chicken over ride the customers at the deli? What’s the point of having a ticket? It was very obvious she didn’t want to do the deli customers. Your department clearly needs more staff to serve customers.

Every morning I go into the deli, I’m greeted with a bad attitude from the female staff there. I dread shopping at this location, Morris, IL. Look, hate your job? Find a new job and stay out of customer service. This morning the lids weren’t even taped over. The lid came open in the bag. Besides the attitude that I’ve inconvenienced them to wait on me. Folks beware!

They used to give food that was close to expiring away to a few church's n places around town to give away. I personally don't need it but others do yet they stopped doing it with no explanation. No reply to people as to why. Just a cold shoulder. For this you get one star considering you are just gonna throw the food away.

Everybody was so helpful and friendly today. One helped us find the potato salad we wanted, and another helped us at the self checkout. Thanks to your courteous employees!
