Mike was great! Super friendly and easy to talk to. Went to look at one car and ended up with something completely different that ended up being perfect for us. Quick and smooth transaction. Mike even followed up with us a few days later to make sure we were happy. 10/10 definitely recommend!

I went to green way autos here and I absolutely loved the service I got from everyone there. it was a friendly environment and my sales person Timothy Travis was an amazing help determined to get me into a car but with one that i love and am extremely happy with and him and the team there did just that! i I would definitely recommend anyone to come here for a car. My first two cars I was interested first one was absolutely beautiful, I was approved but with a co signer or a Hefty down payment. They got me into a 2022 GMC terrain AND IM IN LOVE and very happy with my car and experience here with zero down and the monthly payments that for me! Thank you so much green way so greatly appreciated of all of you!

Earlier this month we purchased a 2024 Jeep Rubican X from Bob W. (assisted by Gabe, who was pleasant and helpful as well) at Greenway. It was the fourth new Jeep we've gotten from them (first two were leases, last two purchases), and each time it has been an easy transaction with Bob. Typically we've done our research ahead of time to know what vehicle we wanted and what a decent deal was for that vehicle. At times we've had a trade-in, at time we haven't. Each time they made a fair offer on our trade, whether we purchased a new vehicle from them or not.
We try to come in knowing what a reasonable purchase price is, and usually with our own financing lined up. Every deal has been low pressure and smooth, without wasted time at the dealership waiting on management, finance, or any annoying sales tactics. Bob either finds the vehicle we want, or helps us order it as we want it. Multiple times I've done my due diligance and tried engaging other dealerships. Any time I've done that I've ended up with wasted time, pushy tactics, disingenious negotiating , or having my phone blown up with phone calls when I asked them not to call me.
We understand the dealership has to make something on the deal, and/or be able to profit from the trade in. What keeps me coming back is the simple and straightforward communication, without sketchy negotiation tactics or sales games. One local Jeep dealership I tried to deal with said "Here is my best offer, but if anyone else comes in lower, please give me a chance to match it! Can I get your word you'll give me last shot at making a deal?" What I heard was "This isn't my best deal!", and I bought from Bob at Greenway instead. He's always communicated well, and has always only presented options that aligned with what we communicated we were interested in.
Every time the subject of buying cars comes up in conversation with friends and family, and what a hassle it is to find someone easy to deal with, I let them know about the positive experiences I've had with Bob at Greenway over the years. And the next time we are in the market for a vehicle, they will be my preferred dealership. Simply listening to the customer, how they want to be communicated with, and how they want to be treated goes a long way. Due to that, I couldn't recommend a better dealership in the area.

I just recently purchased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler and Alex did a great job showing me all the different accessories that are made for my Jeep and answered all my questions.
