Outstanding!!! We drove a hour to get there not knowing anything about the dealership and let me tell you it was worth the ride. I spoke to Laura in the morning asking her Details about the truck we were interested in. She was so helpful checking on anything I asked her. Thanks Laura. Because of the help Laura gave me over the phone we decided to take a ride out to D’Arcy Chevy after work. Dale showed us the vehicle and was very knowledgeable and very helpful and gave us a good fair deal. Thanks Dale. After a shake of hands to close the deal we were introduced to Kenny in financing. Another great experience he wasn’t pushy and got us a great interest rate on the loan. Thanks you all and you have won our business. The next vehicle we buy we will be taking a ride to D’Arcy Chevrolet. Great job everyone.

My Chevy Malibu that I bought from here has been amazing. Reason is because of the HIGH quality TOP customer service / maintenance received in the past 4 years of coming to this location. It’s simple, thry act like they are spending their own money so you don’t ever have to worry. My breaks are at 130k and has never been replaced. Still has factory breaks from 2019. I was told by a mechanic that I NEEDED new breaks immediately. (It didn’t feel like I did) so I went back to Darcy and even the mechanic assured me I did not need new breaks whatsoever. Said I still have 30-40 more thousand. He was shocked too he asked how do I drive I said safety!
Buy from Darcy. You will not regret it!

A small thing, but at my last service appointment, the porters did an outstanding job of washing my truck. The job was done so well, I told several people about it. Do not get your vehicle serviced here! Recently came in for an oil change 7-16-24. Mechanic claimed I had oil cooler lines leaking. I took it elsewhere and had them inspect it up on a lift and they stated nothing is leaking. This place is just “building work” you’ve lost a customer, forever.

I’m really glad I went to Darcy in Morris.
