This is ridiculous! I've been on hold with #ChaseBank for over an hr to talk to someone about releasing $ on my account. I went to the local branch(while on hold) and the woman said she couldn't do anything for me (with an attitude) and basically walked away. Said she was "sorry" I told her that her apology didn't mean anything to me Because she didn't want to help me in anyway. Seriously thinking about closing my acct. What happened to business wanting to go out of their way to at least try and help the customer? I'm furious right now! #chasebank #morrisil I will be posting this on the website, local fb pages, and everywhere else I can think of.

Branch manager at this location is extremely unprofessional and just plain rude. We had a problem with our account having a duplicate automatic withdraw. We were laughed at while explaining the situation and then talked down to, told it was the banks money?! My husband told her he wanted to close the account and she said he wasn't allowed to do it, while rolling her eyes. The most ignorant and disrespectful person I've ever met

Heidi Patterson is the most rude and unprofessional so called branch manager I have ever encountered. I cannot believe Chase bank has such an ignorant employee working for them. She does not represent Chase bank in a positive manner. After having to go to this branch to close my deceased mother's account I had the most unpleasant experience with her. She was rude, uncaring, and the most ignorant person I have ever encountered at a bank. Even to the point of her referring to my mother as "whatever her name is". I complained to Chase bank's executive office about Heidi Patterson and all I received from them was a message saying they spoke with her and she said she did nothing wrong and they closed the case. I have such little respect for Chase bank and their leadership after this experience with Heidi Patterson if they choose to employ her even though she has a history of this unprofessional behavior.

Went to ATM 8/18 3AM to deposit check. After it sucked my check up a message came up it couldn't accept checks for deposit. Now NO ONE knows where my check is and I can't dial the direct location number but they want me to hold over a half hour to make a claim!!! WTF

Heidi Patterson (if that is her real name bc she doesn't wear a nametag and according to Chase escalation dept, there is no "Heidi" there) is a terribly rude person. I went in bc I had a prob with a charge on my card. She told me to call the 800# on my card. I said I came in so I could talk face to face with someone about my money. She said if i wanted to, it would be a 30min wait for the personal banker. I asked why she couldn't help me and she stated she was busy. I made a comment that maybe I should take my money elsewhere bc the branch is too busy to help customers (btw, 4 emp, it's a Tues morn, 1 cust and 1 car in drivethru). She said well you can wait 30 minutes if you want. I went and sat out of her view in the personal banking waiting area. She must not of realized I was still in the location, because she began talking smack to the drivethru teller about me. She stated "I can't stand her...do you know how many times she has threatened to take her money out of this bank... I wish she would... ". I got up from my chair and stated "no, how many times have I threatened that?" She was visibly shocked that I was still there and I demanded her DMs phone#...surprise, nobody answered. This woman needs to go. I have never had an issue with anybody else there. This "Heidi" lady never calls me by name, never smiles at me, never acts like she enjoys her job. She's just a miserable person and I feel bad for every single person that has to work under her as well as every other customer she is treated this way.
