“Trucks will be dyno tested, and leak free” Both trucks we bought came to the farm with blown head gaskets (causing truck to spew coolant and shut off when trying to raise bed at idle), one needed a rod and main bearings and both had oil leaks. “Frames will be sand blasted” they spray bombed over rust, at most taking a wire brush to it.
