I'm a CEO student for the high school and we have toured this business, this is also the bank that I use. This is a great business and they are always willing to help out the customer and their community of Monticello. I highly reccomend this bank to anyone willing to open up a savings or checking account.

I called to clear up an issue with the bank regarding my account. The lady was very rude and condescending, treating the issue as if it was my fault after I had explained to her the situation. To top it off, after they had already offered to refund me, they ended up charging me instead.
