“If you are looking for an honest and fair auto mechanic shop, THIS IS IT!We had our pick-up 350 in this shop to fix the break lines and it was done quick and at a very reasonable price. During the process of the truck being towed, a minor damage was done to our truck. Unfortunately, we didn't know who was a fault. After not getting anywhere with the tow company, Troy quickly offered to help and repair, at no cost! My husband and I were both shocked because this simply does not happen! “I was told by Discount Tire that I needed to replace my rims since some of them were slowly leaking air around the lip that meets with the bead of the tires. Corrosion had happened to the lip of the rims. I looked at buying rims, but it would cost $2000 for the 3 that were leaking. I then found that there are few places that repair rims. Accurate Wheel Repair did an expert job removing the corrosion, filling the areas where it existed and sealing the rims. They now do not leak at all! Accurate Wheel Repair found that one of the rims had a dent in the lip as well and fixed the dent too. The cost of service was only about $250, tremendously less than the $2000. I am thrilled with the result and will go to Accurate Wheel Repair from now on for these types of issues. I was also able to drop off and pick up the car after hours. A great place to go!”

“They have a dedicated line for checking the air in tires which is awesome. No charge. We went thru a couple of week ago and they were a little low. They filled them and we were on our way. Today the low tire pressure light came on so we went to discount. One tire was at 14 lbs so we didn't want to drive the car. They were booked up but made room to inspect the tire. There was a nail in the tire. They fixed the tire and didn't charge for the repair. Found out this is standard practice that they do not charge for tire repairs!! Again awesome and you can bet when we do need new tires we will go back to this location. We talked to three guys there and all three couldn't have been any nicer. I highly recommend the Discount Tire Oswego IL location.”

This Rte. 59 location did not have stock of the particular tire that I needed (protected with warranty) so Brian called a nearby Discount Tire location to hold this same tire for me.
