Avoid this location. Team Leads and Managers are Horrible. Spent 34 minutes on hold ove three calls, each time they say, they will get someone and they never did. Purchased tires and warranty at this location, but they did not enter the information into the system. So I am at another Walmart location paying for warranty service sine they could not be bothered to answer the calls and address the issue. The team lead did say the Warranty was only valid at their location. They have no idea, go to Kirk Road Location, they are professional and ensure everything is in the system.

I visited this store unplanned, which was really interesting because I ended up having a good experience and I was also able to buy a lot of good things, including groceries and other items. This store is located literally near the spot where I parked my car after I did something near that area and I saw this store. I then decided to check it out. The whole place was a bit busy, but it was not really too busy, and the line at the counter was also not that long. I first grabbed the grocery items that I needed. The selection of them is so nice. Everything is well organized. The stocks seem to be fine, although there are products that are almost out of stock and there are also products that are literally out of stock. I just like their selection of a variety of options. The products are fresh, as is their produce. I also checked the clearance in their department section and I am glad that I thought of it because there is so much good stuff in there and it was really a great deal because almost all of the things I bought were the lines I found in their clearance section. The prices here are generally fair and reasonable, especially on their groceries. The employees are also very nice and helpful. The bathroom was also clean, and the whole place was really clean and bright too.

The Auto Center did not know how to do a simple oil change on my 2018 Ford F-150. It's the standard XLT model with no modifications. It's like, every 3rd truck you see driving down the road. They said they just didn't know how to do it. However, I waited for an hour before they told me. They handed me my keys back with no apology and just said it's simply beyond their capabilities. To reiterate, this was for an oil change. The customer before me left because the techs didn't know how to open the hood of her car. I'm just stating facts. Nothing I said above is my opinion - it's what happened.

First of all, the 2nd star is for the employees who still know how to provide great customer service. If it wasn't for them, I would have rated this store 1. I shall make my review very short but effective. I went to the store to exchange a tablet that I had purchased for myself, along with two other tablets for Christmas. I never thought of checking to see if the tablet would actually be able to record until today. Shame on me. I went to the store to see if I could exchange the tablet since I hadn't had it very long. I knew about the 30-day exchange once I read it on the receipt, however, I thought perhaps I could still exchange it. While at customer service, the young lady who "helped" me proceeded to speak to me as if I was a total idiot. She even went so far as to circle the extended warranty clause, explain to me what that meant, then "X" the section that notified the 30-day return policy. I asked her not to repeat herself again by explaining the definition of each. I asked her to "hear me" however that fell on deaf ears. Since I got nowhere with her, I asked to speak with a manager for that department. She placed my item two registers down and began to help another customer. I asked if she had called the manager since I didn't hear anything. She said she had. 10 - 15 minutes later, after I asked if the manager was on the way, she paged the manager. Therfore, she never had made the announcement, UNLESS she pushed a button . A young male, named Eric, exited out of a door immediately. He'a a department lead. I won't go into that conversation, except to say he spoke to me in a very condescending tone as if he was speaking to a child. I kept repeating myself saying I understood what "return...warranty...30 days..." meant and I asked him, twice, to cease with the explanations and tone because I had grown frustrated and angry and I did not want to display it. I left and thanked him (the Jackass ). A gentleman noticed the frustration on my face and asked if he could help. He called the actual store manager for me. Eric comes out of the Customer Service department and yelled, "He isn't here! He isn't here!" Walking towards us. Anyhoo, The store manager was away at lunch for 2 hours Eric divulged this information after I asked. He gave me a disapproving look and I ignored him. I tried calling the store twice (that must be the magic number) and the second time, someone answered. I was on hold for 14 minutes and 35 seconds then told he had left the store. At this point, I just wanted to report Eric's and the young female's behavior. I contacted the tablet's brand to rectify that issue. If I'm going to continue to receive this type of service at this location, I'll just go to a Walmart in another area for this is not the first time that I have run into such negative customer service. This Walmart is changing and not for the good. Why is it so hard to get good customer service now?

Called the Montgomery Walmart to ask if I could exchange something that I got from a baby shower. The phone rang for at least 15-20 minutes until someone picked up. The gentleman I talked to sounded like he hated his job, he was so monotoned and felt like he was annoyed. After the conversation I said thank you and before I could say "you" he hung up...no "ok have a good day" or anything like that, just rudely hung up. Needless to say the service at this Walmart is a hit or miss. I recommend going to the Walmart in Plano.

Terrible company, i wish more people would see the damage that this company has done here in the United States and abroad. They are a true terror organization, they have robbed the country of very much needed tax revenue and at the same time destroy communities. Followed by them hiring the same people they put out of business and paying them unlivable wages. TERRIBLE COMPANY

Avoid like plague, this store probably has everything you need, just seeing those miserable employees who clearly hate their jobs and people around and now mostly self served registers makes me want to shop somewhere else....

I love the Walmart Supercenter. It is 24 hours and that is exactly what I need. It is always clean & employees are respectful and friendly. Every time I go my items are always in stock. They are big enough to find any item that you are looking for.

This place has really gone down the tubes everybody from the management to the employees don't care there's always a shortage of carts and shortage of stock. So this might be a relevant but I happen to be a White Sox fan yeah yeah whatever you know but they have Green Bay Packers stuff and St. Louis cardinal stuff but yet can't put another Chicago team like the White Sox stuff there I do not understand.

Not gonna lie, but Walmart is always going to be the #1 grocery store for any product. If you're in a hurry, then use the speedy self checkout aisles. This establishment is always kept pretty clean, there are really nice and kind employees that are always looking to help, and they have everyday low prices on consumer goods. Walmart is #1 and I believe that they are capable of maintaining the #1 spot.

Don't come for an oil change, a simple procedure that takes 15 minutes has taken 2 hours when i has only 2 people infront of me. What would have happened if I had to work?

I enjoy my neighborhood Walmart! It's so close and the perfect place to find anything I need. Whether it be clothes, snacks, toys, video games you name it! Whenever I go it is usually busy and there aren't many lanes open with self checkout. But the service of the employees is always really great!

First time ever to buy groceries online and do a pick up. Awesome efficient process. I missed my original selected pick up time yesterday due to a busy schedule and they said it was not uncommon. I was able to check in later today and as I pulled up, the app was able to notify my arrival. I simply selected my parking spot and entered my car color. BOOM. The groceries were delivered after verification. And then I drove off . It was that simple. I will definitely use Walmart grocery online service again.
