DO NOT get your tires installed at this location, they don't know what they are doing. They told me they accidentally broke one of the wheel studs which I understand can happen so I didn't make a big deal about it. But as I was driving off the wheel sounded like it was about to brake off. I had to pull over and call a tow truck. They towed it to the shop where they found out they actually broke 2 wheel studs and left the broken pieces inside the brake drum which is going to cost me hundreds to fix. Terrible service. I should of just picked up the tires and installed them somewhere else.

Bought my wife a warranty for her tires at the Montgomery IL location. The service team refused to help her acting as if they were not trained to work on a Mercedes. She only had a nail in her tire. I would suggest to the senior management not to sell tires with warranty packages if your team is not trained on servicing every vehicle. I had to speak to the manager over the phone, suggesting that he make decisions to get this service completed on the same day. My wife advised that he used a manual car jack to lift the car up to repair the tire after an hour later. I don't enjoy leaving bad reviews, but I really appreciate good service. We didn't receive good service.

Fast oil change. Got there while nobody was waiting worked out well. Only took them like 30 mins if that and the changed my air filter. Only charged for the filter not the labor. Thanks guys

Horrific experience from start to finish! They are closing before the already distended times. Rude, unprofessional. exaggerated wait times and the inability to schedule accordingly. DISPOSABLE

They open but can't take anyone til there is a tech on site, and then can't touch a tire that is 6 years old left with half of the job done

I don't know what it is here, but I can TRULY say I receive exceptional service with incredible prices every time! I get that having to get car repairs is very expensive and people do call in sick from work @ Wal-Mart. Maybe they should pay more or offer an attendance incentive? The prices for batteries, tires, etc. can NOT be beat by a long shot.I also come here for things the dealer will try to screw you over with. I encourage the one star people to try this location again and have a little understanding. Thankfully, this Wal-Mart is even here:)I came back to give them 5 stars, because they've come a LONG way here. This was my main Wal-Mart until I recently moved. But, I enjoy coming back every now and then. LOVE Juanita at the self check-outs!!! So sweet.

Was there to get a tire on a wheel all ready removed from vehicle. It was around the holidays so I'm sure they were busy. I was told it would take two hours and that they wanted me to know in case I wanted to make other plans. They didn't want to interfere with my day. I thought that was nice and I was sure I could keep busy. It actually turned out not to take that long and I was out of there in a little over an hour.

2nd time my appointment got bumped for another customer. Today, I had a 10am appointment to rotate my tires. Checked in at 9:45am and was told it would take an hour. I asked why, and the guy said there was another customer due in (but late) to have an oil change. I walked around the store until 1030am and came back to see that my car had not been taken care of, but the other customer's car was being serviced. Even with appointments, your time is not guaranteed.

Worst tire buying experience ever. They apparently do not accept appointments and are first come first served. Not what the website said when I purchased $1000 worth of tires from them. I was told I needed an appointment. I called all week trying to get ahold of someone to make an appointment. Finally called the main store and asked to speak with a manager. They said they would have a manager of auto call me. They did later that evening and advised me they do not accept appointments. I asked what my best bet for a short wait would be, and was told "We open at 8 tomorrow---oh wait, we are opening late tomorrow at 9" so I come in at 8:45 and am told there is a 6 hr wait, I repeated the conversation I had with the manager the previous day and the employee argued that they didn't have a manager in his department yesterday. I have a whole fleet of company truck that we are putting tires on, and will certainly not be using Walmart for the tires. Get it together, I know it's Walmart, but you think they would be a bit more organized for a national company.
