Horrible pharmacy. They have gotten so confused on how to transfer scripts from another store (another Walgreens) and often print out of date instructions (for some pretty serious meds). Whenever the pharmacist gets involved, things get worse. It’s like if you get a new prescription for a med you have on file there, the new prescription doesn’t override the old one, hence the incorrect dosage amounts and instructions. That is beyond dangerous!!! And, it keeps happening. It’s been multiple times now for myself and my kids. I had to call corporate about it. I have never had issues like this at another Walgreens pharmacy or pharmacy in general. I’m so fed up with this particular pharmacy that I’m starting over with an entirely different pharmacy chain. No more. I’m not going to sit by and wait for them to kill me and/or my kids!!!!!

Don't use this pharmacy. Since I started using this particular Walgreens pharmacy several months ago, they have messed up prescriptions by ordering through old scripts, failing to transfer them over from my previous Walgreens location and even printing the wrong instructions on prescription labels. I have had to call and make a formal complaint as this has happened with medication that could cause serious injury or death. Luckily I caught the mistakes right away. The female pharmacist that I have worked with is always frazzled which probably explains all the mistakes. I love Walgreens and have been using them for my prescriptions for years. But this particular pharmacy is horrible. The store itself is nice but this pharmacy is horrible.

Walgreens.... The store is clean and the shelves are well organized. Today's mission was to find birthday cards and that was accomplished. Not a rap against Walgreens, but it seems harder to find a good birthday card, then it was in the past.

If I Could give zero starts then i would have. Went to this location twice to get passport photo and both times they messed up and i ended up paying $40. My application was rejected twice because of thisThe photo was very blurry and dark and they didnt even see that before printing it..? Very disa

My Husband had his Booster Shot scheduled for 12/19/21 & Kayla I think that was her name & the Pharmacist also notice that he put pm instead of am for his Booster she went ahead & changed it and he got his Shot Thank you so much!!! Merry Christmas

So much better than Walgreens off Douglas. The cashier is so nice ! And the workers try to help you when you have questions. Will be using this as my go to Walgreens

Scheduled my Covid vaccine at 10am, arrived at 9:45 as directed in the follow up email. Checked in and was told to take a seat while paperwork was printed. An hour passed, when I asked why, the lady behind the counter stated, “I fell between the cracks”. The paperwork had been sitting there! I asked to speak to a manager and spoke with the store manager Rich, I believe is his name. He apologized but it did not sound sincere nor like he cared. An hour of my time wasted!

May 10 2021 came into Walgreens at 12pm to pick Medications about 5pm got ready to open up the bags to take Medication found out the Medications did not have my name I called the store to talk the Manager his Name is Rich didn't take responsibility for what happened the Pharmacist Jackie kept apologizing which I said that would not have helped or anything If i died from there so called mistake. Said it was a simple mistake that is Bull the Medication could have killed me. Janet is the assistant that dealt with when I 1st came in to pick up my Medication and she couldn't apologize to me or anything.Then the pharmacist stood there after making up excuses and said it was mislabeled Bull
