This is a direct review of my awful experiences with the drive through pharmacy at this location. This is no fault of any employee or pharm tech. They are constantly busy; this is on the management team and corporate for either #1. Lack of hiring staff/lack of wages #2. Overworking your valuable employees. Staff here are always assisting clients and in turn you wait probably 20 min for only one car in front of you. This is just ridiculous. Hire more staff and treat your current employees better. Do better Walgreens!

I really don’t understand their services with medications. I just united with them to receive my meds in their location; but since the med is in Bolingbrook, I need to pick it up in another Walgreens. When 4 days ago, they told that they were going to ordered, to be brought to Orchard. And the pharmacist have a problem when I asked her if we have to go thru this every time we need this med. So, they don’t honor their customers. I’m about to take all my meds and give it to a different pharmacy that care about their customers. Believe it or not, Walmart can give us better service…and is across the street.

Store is pretty nasty and needs better cleaning , ppl always got a bad attitude at the front ,Manager is lazy and they need to hire better workers this Walgreens is by far the worst and also lots of stealings at this location due to workers not caring.

Want to the Walgreen's that's three blocks from home in North Aurora, after spending 7 hours in an Emergency Room, and discovered that the pharmacy closes in mid-afternoon on weekends. Taking the medication of antibiotics was crucial to start asap so I had to drive to the store in Montgomery to get it. Walgreen's should keep pharmacies open later than mid-afternoon on weekends!

The worst experience i’ve ever had at a Walgreens. Spent thirty minutes going back and forth with two ladies in the pharmacy about a situation they were obviously clueless about. Giggling and gossiping behind the counter and laughing because I had my sister call to help. Belittling me and making me feel dumb over a situation I had absolutely no control over. Will never be going to this Walgreens again. A waste of my time and energy.

Worst walgreens ever. Pharmacy is so slow. They told me I can pick up my medication, then i come in and pick it up, and it was a extremely long line. I get to the desk and she says they have to call my insurance company tomorrow and the pharmacist will give me a call because their system wouldn’t process it. I need my medicine now!???

Extremely slow pharmacy, was told that my medication would be filled by 2pm. I showed up around 3:30 to get them and they said they needed another hour. I called to check the status around 5pm and they said they said needed even more time…If you need your medication quickly I suggest going somewhere else.

I had put a order in for my seizure medication and said it would be in tomorrow. After 3 phone calls through that week I was told tomorrow every time. 8 days later still no medication. Called again and they said the same thing. Now that I'm out of it all a sudden they care about getting me some. Don't go there for meds.

I'm sure the store is fine, but do not go to this hell hole for you vax, I have a confirmation no, but they claim I'm not in the system..? Then how the hell do I have a. Information number genius? It's not all the pharmacists, the Indian lady decided to treat me like absolute trash, and I wasn't even talking to her.. I truly hope her superiors read this and look into her actions, if she treated me like this and I was completely cordial, how would she treat someone with somewhat of an attitude? She needs to be reprimanded minimally..
