I went to get another truck and that one had a flat tire.I called back to see if I get Pablo to come back and help me swap the tires. I waited about an hour or so and he came back and by hand and with the tool he took off all the bolts from the the wheel and replaced with spare.In my book that is the best service he was professional and friendly he got the bill ready. “I can't say enough about Classic Towing (Aurora). They REALLY came through for us last night when AAA was a 100% failure and fiasco. So much so we are cancelling AAA after 40 years. Husband was stranded 38 miles away in dicey neighborhood at Midnight and 4 calls to AAA, many hours later and totally wrong info each time. We are seniors and didn't know what to do so I went to the internet & put in 24 hour Towing Aurora and a VERY nice man named George actually answered the phone (!) and immediately put Red Truck Classic Towing on the job. Within 10 minutes, husband was picked up and on way back home.My husband raved about the towing driver named Matt about how nice he was and wonderful to talk to all the way. (Please forgive me if I mixed up both names). Classic Towing is a GEM. We are so grateful to them for their wonderful service and help to us. It was a VERY stressful night and they were the only ones who helped us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.HIGHLY recommend them.”

Anyone could have hooked up a winch and pulled the truck out, but Joe with Rocket Towing was thorough. He surveyed the area, moved some debris and large objects, and meticulously brought the truck out taking care not to damage anyting. I am confident that Joe went way above and beyond today.
