I recently switched from Verizon over to T-Mobile and the experience in the store was great! I was able to transfer things over easily, get a new phone, and get accessories all taken care of quickly. Vinny was very helpful and the whole staff was friendly and welcoming.

My husband and I went in to the store on a whim on a late Friday evening to see about having my husband's phone repaired and my watch checked. We were greeted by Carl (short for Caroline Lol) who stated she would be with us shortly. After a short wait she assisted us. What a pleasant experience! She was very friendly, helpful and honest when we asked her questions. Next thing you know, we both ended up with new phones! (we were long overdo) We were so very appreciative of Caroline's assistance. She truly enjoys what she does and it shows. A leader of great customer service. We even watched as she happily assisted another customer while our phones were getting activated. If you go, make sure to ask for her! Just be patient because they do get a lot of customers. But it will be worth your wait. ?

Terrible... I've never experienced so much laziness, I've met about 3 people in the past 5 years that have done there job properly... I called about a missing 80 dollars on my account and a 3rd phone I never bought, the money was supposed to be returned already fyi... I call and they say they can get into my account and help... but they felt more comfortable with me waiting till the next day when the person that rang me up was there... I've been waiting since Friday to get my money returned, I probably can't even get to work today thanks to that... what a lovely way to appreciate my loyalty

The staff at the store are NO help whatsoever, they seem clueless and lack knowledge. I went in for a warranty exchange, stated they couldn't accept it, shipped my phone to T-Mobile and what do you know? There was nothing wrong with the phone and the warranty exchange was processed. Inconveniencing customers for no reason. This isn't the first time this location has fallen short.

I came in towards the end of the day and there were a few people in front of me. so i waited until one of the employees could help me. Carl came over and helped me after she finished with the previous customer. Helped me with what i needed. Took no time at all, and i was on my way. She is, hands down, the best person that has every helped me, in the history of TMobile/Sprint/Verizon/AT&T/US Cellular. I have used them all. Carl, will be the reason I stay with Tmobile. She is very friendly, knows all the hardware, she's smart about the plans and promotions going on. I wish other businesses had employees like her.

This Review is not specific to the store, this is for the T-mobile as a company. Someone transfer one of my number to a different person’s account without my consent and the other account holder consent by mistake. On top of that the online representative cancelled my service without my consent. It took about 4 days to get the line back under my name but the service is already cancelled. They will not reactivate it even though it’s still within the billing cycle. Horrible experience.I activated a T-mobile internet a week before my billing cycle ends, I got charge for activation fee and a whole month service, for a week of usage which I agreed to but since they cancelled the service without my consent, T-mobile wants me to pay ANOTHER ACTIVATION FEE to resume the service that they cancelled without my permission. I have to fight with the customer service to get it reactivated without paying activation fee.

Manager was horrible. She was being rude and lazy. When asking for help she just said to use the app and figure it out myself. She is very rude and impatient. Honestly she deserves to be fire. Don't be a victim of her cruelty.

Was there recently to explore options of a new phone. Stacey was super helpful! She was able to answer all of my questions, gave honest feedback about devices and pricing, and was very thorough in getting everything handled from start to finish. Stacey made my experience easy, stress-free, and quick!! Very grateful for Stacey being at that store!

Wal-Mart customer service flunkies work here so go to Wal-Mart and get the C-rated customer service. took a expensive phone in of T-Mobile website that would not turn on the WIFI that I received Friday. I explained if the phone did not work I wanted a replacement. They gave me a story and after talking to T-Mobile online... they could have taken the return label issued the credit and gave me a replacement phone. Instead they kept giving excuses showing how worthless this location is.This location should close go someplace else
