“We had been waiting 7 months for this shipment. It was previously sent via another shipping company that ended up damaging it in transit. Chuck came during the scheduled time and was super professional and friendly! We had several large boxes and after hearing about our previous experience, he took the time to help me open each one to check for damage. There was none. My items shipped out on a Tuesday and got to the facility on a Thursday. After not hearing from TForce I did call after a few days and they scheduled my delivery appointment for the following day. Not sure how long I would've had to wait if I didn't call, but five stars for Chuck!”

“I had a bit of a hard time with the girl who first answered the phone, given that she had to put me on hold twice when I asked a couple questions. But then Joe took over and was extremely helpful. He made sure I got exactly what I needed for my print job, and when I came to pick it up I found out that Jeff, another employee, had gotten me a $10 discount on the order. I didn't even have to ask. They also do print services that I had done once at the old location (just 2 doors down) with no problems. Added bonus... you don't get the attitude of the usps down the street!”

“I rarely leave reviews but as someone who ships hundreds of packages a month - the customer service and care placed by the manager of this location is unmatched. He is always so kind, helpful and professional. Today I realized after we got back home I had mislabeled a rather large and very important order - I called the store (15 mins after they had already closed) to my surprise he answered and worked with me to locate the package and hold it for me. He was happy to help and more polite and understanding after hours than any other shipping company I’ve dealt with. It is so refreshing to experience such kindness within the shipping service world. “We are looking for a new printer. My husband has many questions. We happened to be at Staples a few days ago and Akash, a Staples employee approached us and asked if we had any questions. My husband explained that we were looking at getting a new printer. Akash spent 20 minutes going over all the advantages of laser printers and ink jet printers. He was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant. Staples is lucky to have him as an employee.”

“I only come for Amazon returns (at the kiosk self served now). Most staff is friendly, and ready to help when I do traditional at the counter returns. However, one of the girls had a rude tone and told me to use the kiosk next time, even though the guy helping me literally offered to take my return right next to her. Plus, I had a question anyway.”
