“Efficiency of this store is top-notch! Had gentleman hold door for me last week and stated, in a humorous manner, "she's in a bad mood today", then understood what he meant. "Allie" is well-versed in her job and efficient but snaps a, "what can I do for you" and her demeanor is anything but friendly and professional. She did the same thing to the individual who was after me so am aware it's potentially nothing personal.
Thought after sharing a comment with owners a few years ago, something positive would've come from this; but alas. Same owners have store on 75th near the Jiffy Lube; will drive over to that location. Those folks are always friendly and kind.”

But I had never return furniture before so I had talked on the phone to ask about the process and they had made it very easy and clear for me. I appreciate the help and assistance. The refund did take over a month and I had to call customer service but they helped with that as well. So overall great selection and very helpful and hope to shop soon!”

“We had been waiting 7 months for this shipment. It was previously sent via another shipping company that ended up damaging it in transit. Chuck came during the scheduled time and was super professional and friendly! We had several large boxes and after hearing about our previous experience, he took the time to help me open each one to check for damage. There was none. My items shipped out on a Tuesday and got to the facility on a Thursday. After not hearing from TForce I did call after a few days and they scheduled my delivery appointment for the following day. Not sure how long I would've had to wait if I didn't call, but five stars for Chuck!”

It was not there but Gabe at the front counter did more than I would expect from him/his position to let me know my options. He even called me later when my package arrived at the facility. “I only come for Amazon returns (at the kiosk self served now). Most staff is friendly, and ready to help when I do traditional at the counter returns. However, one of the girls had a rude tone and told me to use the kiosk next time, even though the guy helping me literally offered to take my return right next to her. Plus, I had a question anyway.”
