3x now I've had to walk out of this Gas Station at 5 PM during rush hour cause they only have 1 cashier with a 12 person long line. Watched several folks exit cause they didn't want to wait.
I'm not waiting 10-15 minutes to be rung up on 5$ of items when I can drive 3 blocks to another Shell.
Pick up the pace cashier-wise or have more ready around that time.

The dude working there locked us out cause he was taking a break. I'm not mad he was taking a break, but shouldn't they have more than one person working? This is not the first time that this has happened to us. The first time he did it he locked us out for almost an hour!! Cause he had to go to the bathroom. What was he doing in there for almost an hour!?

Only reason for the 2 stars is because they are the cheapest gas prices in the area. Otherwise, very rude staff! I went in to get a coffee and a few lottery tickets to get jokes about being married & to be yelled at for being 35 and I’m not old enough to buy lottery tickets. It wasn’t about the lottery tickets it was the comments about being married & the rude jokes about loving my wife & family. I was very uncomfortable about the fact that the man behind the counter being ignorant!

I dont think that this company should allow employees to display their religion of a upside down cross tattoo on their face. It is offensive..I wont ever spend another penny in their establishment. Put a bandaid and cover it up.

Just went to Store # 6876 Circle K Montgomery, IL to get some Chapstick, grabbed 2-pak of Carmex as it was the same price as a single Chapstick, Assistant Manager (Donald) rang me up and total was $3.59 I asked how that could be since it is marked $2.59 with 3 more sets of Carmex available. I was told that it just got placed in the wrong spot and it's Circle K's policy to put items on available spots on the shelf even though there is a different price listed and too bad Circle K won't reduce price for their error. By far the worse service by a manager who rang me up and assistant manager for giving such a d*** corporate answer then walk away and do nothing about it...
