The store is always clean and well stocked..... Finding an employee on the floor when needing assistance can be a challenge....... There are more self checkouts than there are cashiers. FYI.... The parking lot is the the video game Frogger ..... be careful.

Dirty filthy store, I had to use the bathroom every stall was disgusting!!!!I just my basket of food and left. I used the bathroom a t restaurant across the parking lot. Then drove to Costco I will be canceling my membership at Sam's club.

In the recent two months, the prices of most items at Sams has gone up significantly in some cases by almost 1.75 times. One soap is priced right for now @ 20 bars for $12 but I bought a 24 pack for $10 from Sams just 6 months ago. Sams does not know how to manage its supply chain and is instead blindly increasing prices and passing on increased prices to its customers. The value of a Sam's club membership is steadily decreasing each year since the pandemic began. After being a member for many years, I am now thinking about not renewing.

Today my baby girl got stung by two bees inside of the store. We ended in emergency room for 3 hours. Employe from pharmacy said that this is the second time happen in the week. Apparently the store manager knows about the situation, he said they a have a problem in the back of the store. I really don’t think they aren’t doing anything about it!

If you expect good customer service, this particular Sam's Club is not the place for you. When I visited there was only one person working the Customer Services desk ... should have taken that for a sign of what was to come. There were only a couple checkers because they expect you to scan out your own items ... so be prepared. Please Note: I interacted with two employees on the floor and they were both very polite and friendly, as were the gals who assisted with scanning your items out. In addition many of the aisles, especially in the frozen food section are VERY cramped because they pile up items in the aisle. In addition, when I was there, I had to back up to get out of the way of stockers with pallets, other shoppers, and a large robot floor cleaner that kept getting in the way. Suggestion: stock more at night and run the robot after hours. The store does have a lot of interesting items though. I appreciated their large selection of cooking supplies: seasonings, condiments, baking supplies, etc. They seem to have a real emphasis on Mexican ingredients and products, which I enjoyed. If you like junk food (I don't, but it is fun to look at), then this place is heaven. They have a HUGE selection of candies, cookies, baked goods, snacks, etc.! My only complaint about their snacks and crackers is that there is a real emphasis on individual packs. (We consumers know that this is a way to increase price and decrease product. We are perfectly capable of buying some of your snack-sized plastic bags to pack goodies in lunches. So please cut back on those itty bitty sub-packs, especially for crackers.) Their produce section is good, but it generally lacks organic options. And they have large electronics and entertainment section. In terms of breadth of offerings they do a pretty good job. I am a Costco member (have been for over twenty years), but their focus on "upper-end" products does get annoying at times, so Sam's provides a nice alternative for shoppers, which I appreciate. With a little more emphasis on the customer's experience, I think this store could become an enjoyable place to shop. I will update my review if the service improves.

The Montgomery Sam's club door greeter J. R. Is very rude not once but twice now and I have had him directly talk aggressively to my 7 and 12 year old and now Myself. Seems like his job is a little too hard for him they really should hire more polite people.

Sam's club has improved so much over the last couple years. Their scan and go app is great, no need to wait in line to pay. I have also used their online order for pickup and it's so quick and convenient.

My wife and I were members for 26 before we cancelled our membership a few months ago. For almost 20 years, we had both Costco and Sam's Club memberships. We elected to keep our Costco membership and drop Sams club because Sam's Club was so poorly stocked during the pandemic coupled with extremely bad customer service. I did love the scan and go app but when that app stopped working, I had to deal with Sam's tech support and after almost 3 hours of getting the runaround, we dropped our membership at Sam's Club. I live in Naperville where Sams club dropped their club at the same time that Costco added a second club. Don't waste your money getting a Sam's Club membership, just go directly to Costco and sign up there.

wish i could give zero stars horrible place to work. they dont care about anyone, anything, food safety, training, security. horrible attitudes from everyone. do not go to this store
