I had an awful experience. I went in earlier today to purchase some sensors for my Nissan hardbody 1996 truck. I get helped by a young Caucasian girl she tells me my parts will be ready around 12 ish. So I come back at 12 I’m excited for my parts to fix my truck, I get home and tell me why? Wait these aren’t the correct sensors for my truck. So I go back and I get helped by a young man named junior and he helps me and I tell him I needed the mass air flow sensor for my 1996 nissan pick up truck and he tells me great ok i ordered the part for you but it won’t come in till 2:30 wait nvm 5:30 and I say ok but I needed it today and then he proceeds to tell me to go to the o reily store in Naperville because he ordered it there. Once I arrive to the store in Naperville a young Caucasian man helps me and says we don’t have it at all like we would have to order it and I’m like are you serious. I had to drive all the way from place to another because these people don’t know what they are doing. They really don’t know what they are doing all because the girl gave me all the wrong parts to the truck now I had to go through the hassle, then to find you guys didn’t have the parts in the first place is ridiculous. You guys should really know how to look for parts correctly instead of giving someone to waste their time and money to find that those weren’t even the right parts in the first place. I never write reviews but this is honestly ridiculous

bought a part and it was a default and they was trying to say it was something else and the dealer said it was the part and didn't know what transpired

I came into get my battery checked. When I walked back in because they had to do a charge test I heard one of the employees say "you didn't hook it up" I thought nothing of it at the time untill how things unraveled.They told me that my battery was dead but they did not have a replacement there. I went to advance auto parts which is down the street and I bought a battery with them. When I went home I thought maybe I should of have them test it to. I called them they tested it and the battery was good nothing wrong with it. So now I can't return the new battery I bought because it's a electrical component. Now I'm out 200$ because of the neglect fullness of the employees at O'Riley. I would give a zero stars if I could.

Very Good service! And yet they all look dirty and unkempt like they slept In There shirts and rolled out of bed and came to work. Not very Neat and clean looking at all for a professional ? auto parts store . Basic parts areA bit over priced

Went in to get a front headlight and was helped by a Hispanic young man. He was able to look up what I needed quickly and I was in and out of the business so fast. Came back to see if they could help with a fuse since putting the headlight in with no luck. A man by the name of Timothy helped me out. He was very informative and helpful. Changed a fuse for me and wanted his superior to assist him with just checking out something on my car. He asked the same man who helped with finding my headlight and he told him "We're too busy to look at anything right now". There were three registers going. He was helping a few guys and another Hispanic man was assisting taking customers as well. Timothy told him he would take over if he goes out there and this man still said no and ignored him basically. So the helpful employee Timothy said I'll look online to see if things like this happen a lot in these cars and sure enough they do. I thank Timothy for going above and beyond to help me out. It's unfortunate that his Superior thought that taking a look at my car would be too time consuming. I give that employee a 1 star. He can have better communication skills and be a little more professional. 5 stars for the employee Timothy who helped me out tremendously.

So orieleys parts tend to have a longer life..usually cheaper price I go here first, friendly staff and usually low wait time
