The best place to buy decking. Knowledgeable. The best displays. Better than all the other places I've been to. He even recommended who to build my deck and super knowledgeable about materials. Mike owned this place for years before it became associated with Hines.

Holly is outstanding!!! Multiple orders placed without error, she is always on-time with estimates, orders, and delivery. The clients we send to her rave about her professionalism and timeliness. Our jobs are 40-50 miles from the location in Montgomery despite my many options for suppliers in the Chicagoland area I am sticking with Holly at Hines.

Every time I call this company is like hitting a brick wall...they never replay back, never replying back with a qoute. Not helpful in any way. Worst costumer service that a dealer can provide.

Were it not for the sales person I worked with, I would give Hines a much higher rating because the product was great and the delivery person was thoughtful and very helpful. Dealing with the front desk has been a headache. I wish you the best of luck if you need a returned phone call or email (even to take thousands of dollars of payment, which is strange!) I’m WEEKS into the return process on some excess lumber in our order. They’ve come and gotten their wood, but have yet to even answer me about our refund. I would choose another supplier next time.

Great place, Mike was very knowledgeable on the moisture shield product. He also was able to help with a few questions on tying in borders to the field. It seems they sell every composite deck manufacturer available. I am getting quotes from them now. I left with a few samples. I will up date this review when I make my purchase to let everyone know how that process went.
