Personally, Insurance policies is an abstruse topic. I contacted State Farm to find a lower rate than my previous insurer. Not only did I acquire an amazing rate, I was also able to comprehend my policy thanks to Lucy who was very concise. Thanks again to the Loreto Arzola team.

Thank you Lucy, today you were kind and helped me resolve an issue regarding my homeowners insurance, because you helped me I am showing my gratitude by letting your professionalism be recognized. When I was notified about my insurance policy and called the first time the person I spoke to said I must pay my policy in its entirety, well as all of us have felt the financial increases for everything from food to gas, etc.. upon calling the state farm where my agent is (this location here I am leaving the review) Lucy made sure the issue was resolved and I am most grateful for the help Lucy provided me. It is vital to me that if someone helps you and shows compassion, understanding, and kindness I make it a point to show gratitude by leaving a review or an email. It is people like Lucy that keep customers/clients satisfied and ensures the business relationship intact and not going elsewhere to another company.
