eddie rodriguez the absolute greatest yet outstanding lying deceitful deceiving uncoordinated unorganized unstructured and most wasteful unhelpful useless effortless and non professional and inconsistent and most of them all incoherent sob i have ever seen and met in my life brought in my 2013 chevrolet equinox to be fixed he lied from the jump start about the issue only to make money off my vehicle he gave me something for trade which was in worse shape he then drags this thing out because at that point i lost my chevrolet equinox and the lemon he gave me because that vehicle broke down and winded up being towed and placed in the junkyard and then the vehicle he owed me which was to be given to me he winded up selling which pissed me off i haven't had a vehicle in months for which i have to use a bike and my feet which i don't mind doing except gets bloody tiring after while i am not pleased with this company and doesn't look like they're going to be in business much longer they keep this up. they're not people oriented they're not honest they're not transparent neither are they of any use they've given their absolute worse service so therefore they're going to be served with the worse service from the servicemen himself (the lord). please don't allow them to rip all dollars from your pockets and don't allow them to place you on a merry-go-round

Had an excellent service provided for me from a driver named Austin. He was absolutely nice, understood the situation of me needing the car gone, and was absolutely amazing at his job. We've been taking our cars to Lalos shop for a couple years now. Very trusty worthy and reliable. Highly recommend. Today my car broke down not movable. It was right after the curve so someone on coming around the curve would not expect me to be there. Thank you Austin for coming so fast!! Very reassuring experience!
