I brought a motorcycle wheel and tire in to ship and they wouldn't accept because they refused my packaging as it was wrapped securely in puppies wrap and packaging stretch wrap instead of a box. I've shipped dozens of wheels like this through other FedEx locations. I went to a different location and they accepted with open arms.
