HiI filled my Car at Shell Gas station 596 MONTGOMERY RD,MONTGOMERY on 12/8/2023 at 7:40 PM , I selected regular gas to fill up and I asked for receipt. My receipt says V power and they charge me price for V power GAS. I went inside the store and ask cashier - ROSA and she said there is nothing wrong. I ask to check camera and she responded call to manager int the morning and gave me a phone # which is not working. I will not go back to This gas station but If you do please take video and check receipt You might have same issue. Tried calling Shell customer service and response they don't accept complains.Thank you Bhupesh Pathak

The dude working there locked us out cause he was taking a break. I'm not mad he was taking a break, but shouldn't they have more than one person working? This is not the first time that this has happened to us. The first time he did it he locked us out for almost an hour!! Cause he had to go to the bathroom. What was he doing in there for almost an hour!?

The manager and employees are friendly and energetic. The store seems consistently open 'round the clock. (The pumps always were, for credit.) The pump bays are well-lit. Gas prices are among the lowest in the area.However, very annoying (at many Shell stations), receipts rarely print at the pumps. C'mon, this is a blue collar area. Entepreneurs need these for taxes, without wasting time on a reprint...even though that done quickly and cheerfully. On a Sunday late night visit, with two employees on hand, every pump trash station was overflowing, with garbage piled on the sides as well.In the store, I wish the Bon Appetit pastries were stocked more fully--esp. the cream cheese line. At last visit, the beverage cases were sparsely stocked. The bathrooms are available and clean.

False advertising is how you get people to gas up here. Sign says 3.73 per gallon, price at pump was 4.30, if the sign is broken, turn it off. That’s a huge difference in price! Ridiculous!

I gave 1 star but I wanted to put 0 stars. no hot dogs no nachos no pizza no coffee geese no roller food seriously what do the employees do there cause there was nothing....just lazy....

I have been stopping here almost every morning Monday through Friday for over 5 years. The staff is great and friendly. Very efficient as well. Lost my I.D. and so happy I lost it there because they found it and kept it for me. Great job guys

Horrible gas station. They never put paper in the gas pumps so you always have to go in to get a receipt. Went there today and saw a sign the said 3 for $5 on an item. They said the promotion was over and the manager wouldn’t honor it. That’s false advertising and you can get sued for that.

Every time I get gas at this location the printer is out of receipt paper!! No matter which pump or what time of day it is!! Very frustrating!! Attendants should be checking that when they take garbage out!

I know sometimes people make mistake. My mistake was taking for granted that the clerk could count to 5. Purchased two different scratch off tickets 5 of each got home and was short one.
