While visiting relatives in the Monmouth area, we had a puncture in the side wall of our tire that happened on Sunday of Labor Day Weekend. We had a spare (donut) that we put on, but live almost 4 hours away. Moore’s was closed on Labor Day, so we left the car and called Tuesday morning first thing (they open at 7 am) to verify they had the right tire and see how long it would take. They had it fixed and we were on the way home by 8:30 am! They were very friendly and repaired it quickly. Randy and Branden were great to work with!

Thank you for the service provided on June 15. While putting on new tires and doing the alignment the mechanic found an issue with a lower ball joint. Trust me when I say no one wants to hear this, however, I liked that they sent a video so that my husband and I could see the problem and it wasn't a scam to get more money. The Moore mechanics and staff were all very kind and efficient.

Took my car in and told them at 50 mph I hear a loud humming from front passenger wheel. They said the rear passenger wheel bearings were bad and needed replacing. I ok the repair. When I picked it up they said I would still hear some noise because my tires are wearing uneven. So I stupidly trusted them and went on my way. When I returned to have the lug nuts checked I told the kid that did it it’s still doing the same thing! Again it’s cause my tires. I take it elsewhere and what do I learn. The wheel bearings on the front passenger need replaced!!! I call to inform them at Moores and of course it’s my fault and they did the job correctly. Oh and why did I wait a month. Well money for one and I believed them! Huh NOT!!!! No apology or reimbursement because they think they did the right job!! NEVER going to them again!!!!!!!! Lucky I didn’t have an accident and end up dead in the ditch!!!I will say the employees were nice and friendly. UPDATE. They had told me tires were fine. All four tires had broken steel belts in them which made them unsafe!!!! UPDATE. I received a response from the General Manager which included an apology and very nice chat! He did refund my money which is greatly appreciated! Thank you very much for restoring my faith in people doing the right thing!!! UPDATE. I have had this awful noise on the drivers side rear. I've had my car other places with no help.Moores listened to me and went above and beyond to find it. Comfortable waiting area. Really great experience.

Got an oil change. When I got in my car there was black grease, grime, or something all over the driver seat, steering wheel, and door handle. Also floor mat was filthy. Usually they use disposable covers over the floor mat and seat covers. Obviously those were not used today!
