Angela L. is extremely professional and puts community back in customer service. It’s a nice feeling to have an agent who cares about you and your family! My wife and I have had a few different insurance companies over the years - we've been married for over 35 years and lived in several different states - but State Farm has been the best and Jon's office is great to work with. They are professional, but not stuffy or distant. Rather easy to talk to and informative. They follow up and know their game. Would highly recommend!! A++++++++++++

Office is totally unprofessional in the the way they handle business for their clients. I would recommend finding a different state farm agent in your area! In times of need he will leave you to handle your claim all on your own.

I've been with State Farm for over 40 yrs. I have always found them to be professional, prompt and very pleasant to work with. It's nice to know the people personally rather than talking to someone 1000 miles away that has no idea who I am.

Good communication, they give you good advice on Insurance, and not only do they affiliate from Illinois, they also help you if you are from Iowa that is something very nice, oh and they speak Spanish.

I have been with Jon Ferguson State Farm for too many years to count. Dawn Washburn, Angela Lee, and Tara Hackspacher (sp) are nothing less than amazing, this whole office is, I cant imagine going anywhere else for my insurance needs. Hats off to everyone. I know I can call anytime and be met with professionalism, courtesy, and understanding. No judgement regardless of the question and I honestly feel they care about me and my insurance needs. These ladies are are also very genuine and care about me aa a person. Thank you all
