“Ive come a few times, I would love if there was a hook to hook the hose to so when finished it isn't dangling in the way of next customer. Would be a cheap and great addition and you can wrap it by forcing the hose around the spray but vast majority won't and it just extra work that really could be fixed with a few hooks drilled into wall.Nothing beside that was out of place, cleaned my car, did it cheap, had no issues or lines.”

“I went to Sparkle Express for my regular wash and to clean out my trunk. While throwing stuff out I accidentally threw my keys in the garbage! That is the WORST feeling! The 3 people on staff Nadia, Kayla and Julian were so helpful to me. We looked 2-3 times in the garbage cans without any results. Nadia said let’s help her. Julian said let’s check 1 more time , Kayla removed a box and there they were! The domino effect of them being lost would have messed up my week probably month! I must say I have the monthly wash package and have been going since it was Fullers and I never quite cared for their staff. Sparkle staff is more friendly and personable.”
“Love this place, it's a little overpriced but they really do clean well . For $40-$45 I get my large 3 row Suv cleaned inside and out vacuumed, mats washed it's worth it when you have littles ones”

“My son leo and I come here all the time. Kevin is the man who greets us with a smile everytime. I have a young child, dogs, and gravel driveway. Kevin ALWAYS vacumes it very well. He suggests different services which always make my car extra nice. Life is hard we never know what someone is going through. Kind people like Kevin make a difference simply by smiling and being nice to others. Rose at the front desk is such an amazing women. I love this place.”
“The detailers are awesome and really treat your car as if it was their own. I paid $22 dollars to have my car washed, cleaned inside and outside, vacuumed, tires cleaned and mats washed. I spent over 30 minutes getting my car cleaned, but it was well worth it. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the owner/manager. If you ever go there, you will understand why, but the ones that actually clean my car make it worth my while to return.”

“I had my Cadillac washed after Christmas. I did the cheapest wash. I should have gone up to the next wash. It did not get all the dirt off. I go there often. This was my error. I recommend this place.”

“Just had two cars exterior detail with clay bar treatment. One car had some overspray area's and the other had some scruff marks. Neither came out from just waxing from other car wash vendors. Highly rated body shops were trying to sale ridiculous paint work to correct. It was my audi dealer that recommended clay bar treatment. I couldn't be more satisfied with the work done by SoftTouch. They completely corrected both issues and the cars look better than showroom new. I'm a customer for life!Thank youServices: Polishing”

“I had originally posted a not so good review cause I was not happy especially when I found out my trailer wasn’t washed out but instead of leaving another bad review I decided to call the manager and I have to say that they went above and beyond to fix the issue and they fixed it very fast and were completely sorry that it happened I will definitely be using them again because they actually do care about the customer all I have to say is call them and they will take care of the problem”
