I would also like to give 10 stars. Ben Jones was an awesome dealer. I spoke with him on phone when first inquired about my car and he answered phone and on second phone call inquiry. We set up appointment for me to view and test drive it. It is a used 2011 Buick LaCrosse CXS. It is one of the nicest cars I have owned. Ben was very courteous and attentive. I will recommend Ben and Zimmerman Honda to others. I definitely will look at Zimmerman for my next used car.

I wish I could leave 10 stars! We worked with Vanessa when purchasing our Toyota Highlander and we couldn't have been happier. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable and so fun to converse with. I left there feeling like a family member instead of a customer. I HIGHLY recommend Zimmerman's-we even had other staff members stop by our table just to say hi. We will go back every chance we get!

Marty was absolutely fantastic to work with at Zimmerman Honda. We were shopping around and he was able to get us the best deal, hands down. We were looking for a very specific model and color of CRV that was virtually impossible to find. Zimmerman was able and willing to order it for us , something a lot dealers are not inclined to do. Vanessa in internet sales was our sales person and did an excellent job for us. No high pressure sales tactics or gimmicks. The vehicle was delivered on schedule and at the agreed on price. We really appreciate Vanessa's help in setting up our phones and explaining all the features on the CRV at delivery.

Worst experience ever!!!! Made appointment for 9:30 to have four new tires and my oil changed. At 3:30 they had only changed my oil but not started the tires. They informed me they would be done 5:00!! I demanded my car immediately. Went the next day to Tandem Tire in Clinton and was in and out in 55 minutes and an extra 100.00 in my pocket.

Was referred to Matt Rizzo by a friend and it was probably the best experience I have had when buying a vehicle from a dealership. They were polite, patient, flexible, and helped me to surprise by daughter with her civic. He was super transparent on pricing and options, provided insight on available options and didn't try to push anything. Through a few changes and hiccups Matt was ever the professional. He made this experience one to remember and I would definitely recommend him to other friends.
